ft of water depth. Hence unit replacement is required to manage longer term


integrity/reliability exposure.

The Scope of the project includes installation of three (3) new separators E, F and G
with associated manifold lines to replace separators A, B, C and D Segregation of
open and closed drain system, installation of a new closed drain drum & pumps,
Replacement of Production Separators closed drain piping, Replacement of existing
sump tank & pumps with new pumps, Replacement of Instrument Air header and
piping due to integrity concerns, Replacement of firewater system to Fiber Reinforced
Plastic material (FRP) and installation of PCVs on Separator gas export lines and
excess gas to flare lines.

Client: NIGERIAN PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (NPDC)

Work Summary: Okono and Okpoho fields are located offshore Nigeria in OML119 block, 55
km from Shells Bonny Oil Terminal, in a water depth ranging from 65 to 100 m.
The current production is from four (4) Okono wells; Okono-2, Okono-5, Okono-6 & Okono-7
and two (2) strings of Okpoho wells, due to failure of the 16 pipeline. Hence, crude from
Okpoho wells are been transferred to FPSO Mystras via the 8 pipeline originally designed for
Gas.
In order to restore locked-in or differed production from Okpoho wells, NPDC embarked upon
16 & 8 pipelines replacement project. Based on the fore-going, NETCO-JUBOB has been
awarded the contract to carry out the Extended Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for the
Pipelines replacement project.

subsidiary Nigerian Gas Company (NGC) Limited intends to construct 24" x 1.6km class 600
transmission pipeline from existing valve station at Ibafo to proposed City Gate, Ibafo and 12"
x 30km class 300 distribution pipeline from the City Gate to Sagamu Interchange and
interconnecting spur lines to six (6) customers in Ibafo, Mowe and Sagamu Interchange with
associated facilities. To this end, it intends to engage the services of a reputable consultant
for the Detailed Engineering and Design (DED) of the project

ensure the INANGA platform is fit to accept an additional circa 3000 bpd of net oil for the

Work Summary: Total Upstream Nigeria Ltd. (TUPNI) intends to develop the offshore EGINA field
situated in Oil Mining Lease OML 130 located in deep offshore Nigeria, in water depths ranging from
1150-1750m. OML130 is located approximately 200 km from Port Harcourt. The development consists
of a spread- moored FPSO connected to a network of subsea wells via flow lines and risers. The crude
will be stored aboard the FPSO and exported via trading tankers.
All the stress systems were classified into 264 basd on P & IDs mark up.

Work Summary: The proposed Bonga Southwest / Aparo (BSWA) Floating Production
Storage Offloading (FPSO) Facility forms part of the field infrastructure required to develop
BSWA field reserves. The FPSO Facility hosts the crude processing facilities, temporary crude
storage, export pumping, and custody transfer system. project is an oil development in
deepwater Nigeria, with the objective to develop 3.2 billion barrels from eight deepwater
turbidite reservoirs. The project targets achievement of Final Investment Decision (FID) at
the end of the Define Phase, by December 2014 and First Oil Date (FOD) in Q1 2020.

The project scope of work shall include the engineering, procurement, construction, transportation,
heavy lift, topsides integration on to the Hull, pre-commissioning, and commissioning support, and
project management.

Work Summary: Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) has a total of four buoys being used as
single point moorings for facilitating the transfer of crude oil to tankers. Two of the buoys are
located at Escravos Terminal Berth #2 and Berth #3. The other two are located at
Pennington Terminal Import Berth and Export Berth.

The scope includes the engineering design, materials procurement, project management,
equipment, construction and refurbishment, testing, application of coatings, loadout and
installation of buoy suitable for use at CNL operations in Nigeria.

out of Nigeria. Maintaining the integrity and security of this EES is of utmost importance in
maintaining the base business. The existing export system is approximately 40 years old and
has reached the end of its design life due to corrosion.

The scope involves the design and installation of a new EES which will install a new export pipeline
system complete with Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM) and new (SPM) loading berth with pipeline
installed to the pig launcher and receiver location.
