Subject: Request for Bid #27682-DW: MY2004 Law Enforcement Vehicles

The Department of Administration intends to award the Request for Bid #27682-DW: MY2004 Law Enforcement Vehicles as
indicated in the table below. Of all the alternative fueled vehicles bid, only the OEM vehicles are included in this table. The
state reserves the right to purchase a limited number of vehicles, which meet the specifications, but are a different model
and from a different manufacturer than the primary vendor. This letter is a notice of intent to award, and does not
constitute a contractual commitment. Any bidder with comments or questions about this communication may contact me
at 608-266-8024. The dealers awarded below, agree to deliver a vehicle exactly as bid or according to written exceptions
submitted and accepted by the State of Wisconsin. The awarded dealer will supply the Transportation Procurement
Manager with a list of vehicle orders and corresponding purchase order numbers within 30 days of order receipt by the
vendor. Monthly, each dealership must report all municipal purchases per Request for Bid #27682-DW
instructions.
