I/We, the undersigned being the promoter/proprietor of the above-mentioned housing develop-
ment hereby agree:-

i. To surrender without any conditions to Government all rights to all pipelines and
waterworks fittings within the development with effect from __________ after which these
water supply installations shall be Government property to be operated and maintained by
Jabatan Bekalan Air Luar Bandar Sarawak at Government expenses after expiry of One (1)
Year Defect Liability Period on ______________
ii. That Government shall be relieved of all financial responsibility in respect of liabilities
incurred in the execution of works, etc. Prior to this date of taking over; and
iii. I/We confirm that there are no financial encumbrances on Government in respect of
pipelines and ancillary works surrended hereby to Government.
