JVIMS-MBA ORGANISED A WORKSHOP ON RESEARCH

METHODOLOGY

Oshwal education trust managed JVIMS MBA has been organizing seminar,
workshops, Guest lectures, and other student- oriented activities in the campus
regularly to upgrade the skills and knowledge of MBA students.

Dr. Kaushal Bhatt (Assistant Professor, PG Research Centre for Global Business
Studies at Gujarat Technological University) and Dr. Ritesh Patel (Section Head of
MBA, I-MBA Integrated & Asst. Prof., Centre for Governance Systems at Gujarat
Technological University) addressed the students of MBA Sem. I and discussed
the practical aspects related to application of research methodology in business
and other fields, various tools of statistics, using various soft wares for research
and statistical data analysis and data interpretation on 4th December, 2016.

Students got a good knowledge, experience and exposure about research

methodology in business, marketing, finance and its effective role. It was easy for
the students to conceptualize the theoretical concepts into the practical one and
relating it with the academics.

These workshops are being organized with a mission to provide the students an
opportunity realize their strengths and weaknesses, give an insight on how they can
sharpen their skills in order to become more effective in their professional and
personal future life. Workshop was organized by Placement Incharge Ms. Sheetal
Rana, Mr. Nishant Fofaria and Mr. Bhavnik Tokariya under the able guidance of
Director Dr. Ajay Shah.
