Two fish were left in hole. One was a temperature and pressure survey instrument, 1-
1/3 0.0. x 13 long. The other was a sinker bar 4-3/8 0.0. x 18 long filled with sand.
The fish was believed to be at approximately 5564. The survey instrument was lost
before the larger sinker bar.

10-29-84 6908 (O) Nippled up BOES. Installed blooie line and opened well.

10-30-84 6908 (O) Picked up 8-3/4 bit, 6-1/2 drill collars and 4-1/2 drill
pipe to 1735. Could not step cellar from leaking. Pulled
out of hole and made cellar watertight. Opened well,
picked up 4-1/2 drill pipe and ran in hole to 2121.

10-3 I -84 6908 (0) Picked up 4-1/2 drill pipe and ran in hole to bridge at
5576. Cleaned out bridge from 5576 to 5700. Singled in
hole to tog of fish at 6856 and circulated. Pulled out of
hole and picked up fishing tools. Ran in hole to tight spot
at 6689. Cleaned out fill from 6689 to 6781.

11-01-84 6908 (O) Cleaned out fill from 6781 to 6819. Worked over fish at
6819 and chained out of hole. Recovered fish (17 piece of
drill pipe). Ran inholewith mill tooth bit to 6814. Ream-
ed from 6814 to 6869. Pulled out of hole. Ran in hole to
6869 and worked over fish with fishing tools. Chained out
of hole. No fish.

1 I -02-84 6908 (O) Ran in hole with 8-1 /2 mill to 6840. Reamed from 6840
to 6869. Cleaned out with mill from 6869 to 69021. Pulled
out of hale and ran back in with 8-3/4 bit and junk sub to
6849. Reamed from 6849 to 6908. Pulled out of hole.
Picked up Monel and Multishot. Ran in hole surveying
every 90 from 5628.

I I -03-84 6908 (O) Unloaded surveys. Retrieved tool. Pulled out of hole and
made up bottom hole assembly. Ran in hole to 6127.
Stuck pipe at 6127. Worked free and reamed from 6127 to
6776.

I I -04-84 6980 (72) Reamed from 6776 to 6908. Drilled 8-3/4 hole from 6908
to 6964. Pulled out of hale. Surveyed at 6944 and 6420 to
check Multishot. Changed tools and ran in hole to 6874.
Reamed from 6874 to 6964. Drilled 8-3/4 hole from 6964
to 6980.

to change tools.

tools. Ran in hole and reamed from 9289 to 9387. Drilled
8-3/4 hole from 9387 to 9S I SI.

I I -22-84 (9598) (83) Drilled 8-3/4 hole from 9515 to 9598. Pulled out of
hole. Installed 3-1 /2 orifice in blooie line and tested
well. Changed arifice to 4- I /2, repaired Banjo Box and
flow tested well.

I I -23-84 9598 (O) Flow tested well. Well tested I 17,300 lb. /hr. at 158 psi.
Rigged up Dresser Atlas and ran co Iiper log, temp. lag,
spinner log and gamma ray log. Lost flow restrictor from
spinner lag in hole. Rigged down loggers and removed
orifice from bloaie line.

I I -24-84 9598 (O) Made up 8-3/4 bit and ran in hole to 9594 to check for
junk. Pulled out of hole and rigged up Dresser Atlas. Ran
gamma ray, BGI spinner and density logs.

1 I -25-84 9598 I (O) Ron Dresser Atlas logs. Rigged up AMF and ran AMF
spinner lag. Rigged down AMF, laid down Monel and tools
and ran in hole to 9534. Circulated down to 9594. Pulled
out of hole.

I I -26-84 9598 (0) Rigged up and ran 39 jts., 7, 29{1 N-80 buttress perforated
casing from 9590 to 8070; 6 I jts., 7, 26#, N-80 buttress
perforated casing from 8070 to 5575; 4 jts., 7, 26# N-80
buttress blank from 5575 to 5417. Hung with Midway
Hanger from 5417 to 5412. Pulled aut af hole and laid
down hanger tool.

11-27-84 9598 (O) Laid down drill pipe. Shut in well on I bleeder. Nipp led
dawn BOE. blooie line. and muffler. Cleaned mud Dits and
released r;g at 0600 hr~. an 1 I -28-84.
