Managed and coordinated projects for Marketing and Operations under MIT Professional Education (PE).
Some highlights include:
New Website / switch to Drupal - Project manager (and developer/designer of early Drupal prototypes) from
proposal to vendor search to implementation. Also, developed additional landing pages with graphic designer.
Office relocation / redesign - Internal Project Manager and liason representing PE, coordinating with external
PMs and Executive Director from scouting locations to planning and execution.
CRM search / Salesforce implementation - Co-Project Manager in a two-person team leading a search and
ultimately implementing Salesforce in a phased approach to eventually connect and serve all teams and areas.
Agile Coach for Marketing - Assisted the Director of Marketing in a re-org and ultimately decided to try Agile for
the marketing team to manage tasks in 2-week sprints.
