 FORMAT OF LABORATORY REPORT

1. Please insert the laboratory report submission form as the front cover. Fill in all the
detail in the form together with the date of the experiment. Then, followed by the 2-
page laboratory report evaluation form.

2. Use the font of Times New Roman with the font size of 12. Use 1.5 spacing and
insert tab at the beginning of the paragraph.

3. Use the normal margin of the A4 size paper.

4. The table of content should be in one single page.

5. Abstract should be in one paragraph and not too long (half page). Must include
objectives, summary of procedures, important results/findings in abstract.

DEDUCTIONS of the overall marks.
