I had the pleasure of having Natalie in my Banking Intermediation class at Ryerson's Ted
Rogers School of Business in 2016. The course covered a wide range of topics in Financial
Intermediation, Market Risk, and Credit Risk Management.

As her professor, I have had the opportunity to observe her participation and interaction in
class and to evaluate Natalies knowledge of the subject matter. Natalie was one of the best
students in my class and obtained an A+ in the final exam. She is well prepared to get accurate
and useful information and use them in financial models and be able to analyze the model
outputs.

Natalie is very knowledgeable in financial intermediation and the issues affecting the
financial services industry. In my course, Natalie also developed an analytical business report
to address risk management and exposure issues by examining and evaluating the financial
statements of a specific bank in which she quantified the various risks faced by financial
institutions and ways to protect FI from these risks. Therefore I believe Natalie is capable of
developing accurate reports and can be a valuable member of any team in the finance sector.

I strongly recommend Natalie for any position she pursues in both buy-side and sell-side
