 What did they tell us?
Hostel Atmosphere is not conducive for regular studies
Lack of Guidance & Awareness
Not enough motivation to do something / to dream big
To much tests add extra pressure
Less extra curricular activities
Remedial classes not turning out as much useful
Slow pace learning
No plans after School
Library access is helpful
Rely mostly on here say and peer groups for career advice
Games and Sports are up to the standards
 What improvements they suggested?
Regular access to computer and smart labs
Need of a guiding system to best utilise the time available
Alumni meet-ups at School
Teacher's guidance up and above the regular teaching
