Anyone can buy essential oil today, for example, here, but there are oils that are not even available to
kings and sheiks. Naturally, the most expensive will be those used for the preparation of perfume. These
oils are not many, and they are all far from cheap. And their value in antiquity was even higher than
gold. Buy them can be no less than fifty euros for one milliliter.

The most exotic essential oil in the world is udovoe. It is extracted from an agar tree (or wood ud),
infected with a special wood fungus. The plant tries to combat the disease that befalls it and releases
the substance, which is used in perfumery. Perfume with oily oil is preferred by all eastern kings. For
example, one of the most favorite fragrances of reigning persons is Aoud Ambre from Montale.

turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. There is a suggestion that already at that time from the fragrant
flowers of the 'narenga', so called the Arabs, the pomeranian, received a fragrant liquid. In the 12th
century, the fragrant essence was named by the Europeans "Neroli" in honor of Anna Maria de la
Tremual, Princess Nerola, who was very fond of the refined fragrance of the orange and even introduced
fashion into the perfume from the flowers of this plant. Only very rich people could enjoy the scent of

be considered acceptable. Indian oil is not inferior to the Bulgarian.
