the third issue of UFO Magazine India. It is
one of the most crucial sources of UFO en-
thusiasts who will easily get entertained as
well as gain knowledgeable support. We have
put in our best efforts to make it attractive
and user-friendly so that the general public
can easily understand the content . Im very
much thankful to my friend Karishma Singh
who put her best efforts for graphic designing
of the magazine as well as the cover page. Im
thankful to my friend Shivansh Shukla to cheer me up ! We hope
the magazine will be able to reach the houses of common man and
will be able to arise due interest in this topic. After reading the mag-
azine a UFO enthusiast must feel proud about the work and contri-
bution he is doing for ufology and along with that it should help us
boost our confidence. This is one of our motives to create this mag-
azine. I hope you enjoy it and get ready for the upcoming editions
of the magazine ! In the field of UFOlogy i have put my best efforts
to bring out the first UFO Magazine India and now its time for the
UFO enthusiats to make it a revolution in India.

About us
UFO Magazine India is the First UFO magazine released to acknowledge the topic
of UFOs in India. The first UFO magazine worldwide was founded in the year 1986
by Vicki Ecker and Sherie Stark. There were a total of 158 issues. The final issue,
Volume 24, No. 5, Issue #158, was published in early 2012. To create a new milestone
in UFO magazines and to create a history in indian
UFOlogy, we are here with the first issue of UFO
Magazine India.
This magazine is first of its kind in India

devoted to the subject of unidentified flying ob-
jects (UFOs), the extraterrestrial hypothesis
(ETH), Alien Psychology as well as paranormal.
India has a very complicated , mysterious and one of

the oldest civilisation in the world. People have wit-
nessed a lot of extraterrestrial activities in the past,which are still going on. Millions
of UFO sightings and thousands of alien abductees are being reported. There are
millions and trillions of misconceptions amongst the Indian population about extra-
terrestrial issues. And so, therefore to remove these misconceptions,and to enhance
the knowledge and attitude of Indian citizens towards this topic, India definitely
needed a UFO magazine to stay aware and updated about the UFOs and alien activ-
ities occurring worldwide.
The editor as well as the columnists have put their best efforts to enhance the topics
of UFOlogy in order to make people aware about them . International Researchers
as well as Indian UFOlogists have cooperated in the content and article publishing
of magazine.
UFO magazine India is the first UFO magazine in India which has created history
in the UFO world. So lets hope it is able to tingle the brains of people both national-
ly and internationally.

f you have seen an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) at any time in past or present, you can share your
experience with others by preparing a UFO sighting report. Sighting reports are extremely valuable for
UFOlogists, researchers, and interesting for readers. The more detailed information that
you can provide, the more useful it is for readers, investigators and researchers. You sim-
ply need to turn your experience into a retelling story report and deliver it to the right peo-
ple, organization or authorities. Its best to write down your experience immediately after the
sighting so everything is fresh in your mind and its more likely to be accurate. Here are some
frequently asked questions and their answers about how to prepare a UFO sighting reports.

In a UFO sighting report, you should mention your name, sighting place where the sighting occurred,
date and time of UFO sighting, Sighting detail and description, object detail and description etc.

Debunking Some
Myths

ery often, in ufology, claims are bandied around so frequently that they become accepted as
truths. This applies across the board. Some of these ufological tropes are spouted by true believ-
ers, others by die-hard debunkers, and some by the agnostics. Accepting clichs as being true
without challenging them is bad in terms of critical thinking, so in this article, in no particular order, Ill
examine and deconstruct some of the most popular false claims that one hears about UFOs and ufolo-
gists.
Why would UFOs need lights? This one is often trotted out with a knowing sneer by people whose
point is that if UFOs are alien spacecraft, there would be no need for them to display lights. However,
even if we accept that UFOs are extraterrestrial spaceships, we have no idea what the alien agenda might
be, so we can make no meaningful assumptions about whether or not UFOs would emit light. It might
be for reasons we could understand (anti-collision lights, a byproduct of a power source, etc.), or it might
be for some reason we could never fathom. Assumptions about what UFOs and extraterrestrials would
or wouldnt do are inevitably rooted in anthropocentrism, and should almost always be avoided. As the
UKs Astronomer Royal, Sir Martin Rees, once said, when speculating about extraterrestrials, Just as a
chimpanzee cant understand quantum theory, it could be there are aspects of reality that are beyond the
capacity of our brains ... the problem is that were looking for something very much like us, assuming that
they at least have something like the same mathematics and technology.
UFOs wouldnt come all the way to Earth and then crash at Roswell. The assumption here seems to be
that with sufficient technological advance comes a sort of magical point at which accidents never occur;
parts never fail, operators never make a mistake; etc. We only have one model to look at (our own), and
everything in our own human experience suggests that however more advanced our technology becomes,
well never be able to design, for example, an aircraft that would never crash.
Aliens wouldnt come all the way to Earth and then [give an anal probe to some redneck/make a strange
pattern in a wheat field/insert any other number of ufological clichs here]. Again, if were being visited
by intelligent extraterrestrials, we have no idea what their agenda is. Thus, we have no idea what they
would or wouldnt do. Add to this, we may be misinterpreting the experience. As John Mack, a former
Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, once observed, many abductees report what appear
to be medical procedures, but even if all the abductee accounts are truthful and accurately recalled, all we
could really say with any degree of confidence is that the things being described sound similar to some
medical procedures. The reality, as Mack pointed out, may be that whats going on is something entirely
different.

Astronomers dont see UFOs. Yes they do. Google is your friend. On a related issue, being an amateur
astronomer does not make someone an expert on UFOs, any more than knowing a bit about UFOs
qualifies someone to start lecturing astronomers about titanium oxide production in K-type stars. Bear
that in mind the next time you hear an amateur astronomer trying to convince you that theyre an expert
on UFOs. This is a logical fallacy known as an appeal to inappropriate authority. Just because someone
knows something about x, it doesnt follow that theyre an expert on y, even if x and y might at first
glance seem to have something in common. So just because someone can point out the location of the
planet Venus in the night sky, it doesnt follow that they can determine whether or not a particular UFO
witness misidentified Venus.
It would be arrogant to assume that were the only life in the Universe. If I had a dollar for every time
Id heard this pro-alien life, pro-UFO argument, Id have a lot of dollars. Its a nice sound-bite, and this
quote (and a number of variations on the theme) is actually a corruption of rocket scientist Wernher von
Brauns observation that It would be the height of presumption to think we are the only living things in
this enormous immensity. However, neat sound-bite though it is, theres probably a stronger argument,
which goes beyond mere numbers. The point could probably be better made thus: Given that the laws of
physics and chemistry seem to be constant in the observable Universe, the same processes that gave rise
to life on Earth should occur on countless other planets, meaning that unless one thinks life on Earth is
some sort of cosmic miracle, the Universe should be teeming with life.
People on the UFO circuit are only in it for the money. A few may be, but most arent, and if they are,
theyre in for a rude awakening. If you see someone in the vendors room at a UFO conference, selling
their own books and DVDs out of a cardboard box, the chances are theyre not getting rich from it. Most
UFO books are self-published, or put out through publish-on-demand firms, or small, specialist New
Age/paranormal presses. And so far as the handful of books with more mainstream publishing houses
are concerned, the days of six figure advances for UFO books are long gone. But if ufologists do make
some money from their books and DVDs, whats wrong with that? Theyve done the research and pro-
duced the material. Does making a profit somehow invalidate ones work? Im sorry Professor Hawking,
but I cant take any of your scientific achievements seriously, because youve written books about your
work. See how crazy this sounds?
Theres no money in ufology. This one sounds like the opposite of the previous point, and its equally
false. Of course theres money in ufology. Its just that, for the most part, its not being made by ufologists!
There are, however, plenty of TV networks, film companies, advertising agencies, PR firms and book
publishers who make money from the subject. Try working out how much Steven Spielberg made out of
UFOs.
In summary, always challenge the clichs that crop up so frequently in ufology, and bear in mind that
just because you hear something all the time, it isnt necessarily true.

Origin of the
Phenomena

ow can we truly advance as a species until we know how we got here? How can we decide on
our purpose until we know what the purpose of us is? If a superior Being created us, then
we should all be in harmony with nature and non-violence and human equality. If we were
genetically engineered then we should continue that engineering by enhancing our DNA to reach
our pinnacle of perfection. I dont think I want to be a new species. We would no longer be in the
image of our creator and wouldnt this in essence avert Satans destruction? If we evolved with no
God then we should continue the Darwinian survival of the fittest pursuit of money and technology
and be the best sinners possible since we are just animals and the end justifies the means. We should
protect our planets resources from overpopulation by eugenically eliminating the weaker strains of
humans from the genetic pool. Hasnt evolution taught us to not believe in God but to put our faith in
the infallibility of science and the coming ETs? This duplicity is our single most important question.

Here are some possible explanations for the UFO phenomena. Are we dealing with super technology
or the supernatural?
Extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH), proposed by Major Keyhoe after the Thomas Mantell incident,
theorizes that aliens travel here from other planets. Keyhoe shifted the burden of proof to the gov-
ernment. But the distances are vast and they have never been seen approaching from deep space even
though statistically there must be life in space. The theory of evolution makes the chances of a genetic
match zero. There are over 1000 sightings per month. Wouldnt that indicate a massive fleet is here?
Yet there are radar, photo and government documents. In 1963, Carl Sagan theorized that we would be
visited every 10,000 years by a new species. Why are SETI and NASA silent? Are they placebos?
Ancient Astronaut (AA), Weve misidentified angels and God and the bible. ETs have been here from
our beginning and genetically upgraded us from hominids and actively participate in ourhistory. An-
cient structures, rock carvings and cave paintings along with the Hindu Mahabharata seem to support
this. Ancient Alien falls under ETH.
Prison-Zoo Earth- Aliens look like us and originally used earth like a Devils Island or Botany Bay for
the unwanted or we are being contained here for our own good. Zoo earth maintains thatspecies are
dropped off and negate evolution. Prison-Zoo earth falls under ETH.
Interdimensional or Ultraterrestrial hypotheses (UTH) theorizes there are eleven dimensions and that
they exist on a different plane or parallel universe but are indigenous to earth and have always co-ex-
isted with us. Our Quantum physics attempts to explain them. They may create the perception of a
UFO by manipulating matter or energy. Jesus said, My Kingdom is not of this world- John 18:36.
Demonic- ETs are Fallen Angels and exist in a malevolent dimension and have found a way toenter
ours and are deliberately disguised as ET. The fact that they hide, operate at night and avoid open
contact may support this. If Fallen Angels can materialize craft, then this is what we are experiencing.
God gave Lucifer two thirds of the Universe and he is the prince of the air (UFOs) and was an angel
of light (orbs). Their goal is to draw us away from belief in Christ, corrupt our DNA and ultimately de-
ceive us. Real ETs experience the same abductions and preternatural oppression and infestation as we
do which truly makes the ET our space brothers.
They have also mated with us in the past and produced the Nephilim. Altered state CE4 and demonic
possession are one in the same. Demonic falls under UTH.
Cryptoterrestrial (CTH) or hollow earth proposed by Mac Tonnies- They co-exists with us on this
planet either in inner earth or under the oceans. Biologically could this explain abductions for a DNA
match by advanced Atlanteans, evolved reptiles or dinosaurs? But again, how do you explain the Grey
unisex look and unworkable large head to slim hip proportions for a natural
birth, if they are birthed?
Extratemporal time travel where they are us returning for a look or in need of something or to fix
an event. This is a biological way an exchange of DNA could work during abductions and would
explain their ability to prophesize future events (nuclear war, environment, Fatima). But how do
you explain the Grey unisex look and unworkable large head to slim hip proportions for a natural
birth, if they are birthed? Is the Grey a worker or android?
Hoax- Which makes up about 10% of cases.
Natural phenomena hypothesis- science can explain everything, of course.

Psychological - Carl Jung believed that some UFOs are a projection of our mind in response to our
beliefs but that some UFOs show signs of intelligent guidance by quasi human pilots. Others say mag-
netic fields or drugs can cause UFO hallucinations. There is a mass delusion or collective schizophrenia
where we have replaced sances and mediums with UFOs. J Allen Hynek believed we might be project-
ing these sightings with our mind and telekinesis.
Military - the Air Force or Navy uses UFOs as a cover story for our own advanced military craft. A
UFO was back engineered from recovered Nazi technology (1936 Black Forest crash) through Project
Paperclip and some of the subsequent crashes were our test flights (Roswell). We test our new weap-
ons in foreign countries like the 1977 Colares Brazil case. The 1984 Hudson Valley sightings and 1997
Phoenix lights sightings were of our craft which make up Project Solar Warden. The military is involved
in cattle mutilations and abductions (MILabs) and abductees are brought to underground bases. Dis-
information and staged events like the Richard Doty hoax of Linda Moulton Howe for example along
with MK-Ultra, Collins Elite and Operation Often. The CIA debunking of UFOs was deliberate to keep
scientists and the media from investigating.
Programmers - The pending release of PC game No Man's Sky- in which a supercomputer gen-
erated trillions of inhabited worlds after being given the guidelines for its universe by human program-
mers- raises questions as to whether a more advanced civilization could create our reality with expo-
nentially more powerful computers. Over the past 5 years, mainstream physicists have begun to explore
whether our "universe" could be a hologram, and prominent. figures like Space X CEO Elon
Musk have been fascinated with the possibility. In this theory, the "Big Bang" was basically
the program itself initiating or turning on, and it has been evolving with the guidelines given to it ever
since. This would be not unlike The Matrix movies starring Keanu Reeves, in which an alternate reality
is "projected" for us. This could explain why UFOs seemingly pop in and out of our reality
and exhibit flight characteristics not consistent with known physics: it's the programmers checking
in on the simulation at various places and times, much like a child lifting the lid off of an ant colony. It
could also explain why so many given access to the "truth" of UFOs and extraterrestrials
refuse to talk about it: beyond any security clearances or oaths, the reality that we do not actually ex-
ist- but are simply a manifestation of an artificial program- is too upsetting to share, because it would
invalidate our entire existence.

None or a Combination of all of the above?
How would you rank these when the only source of data comes from the UFO and what they want us to
see? Each theory has its own extensive convincing kaleidoscope history but none have enough empirical
evidence. They all cant be correct. My guess is, like the cases we investigate; only around 10% are real
while 90% are deliberate C.I.A. or entity disinformation or misdirection. But which 10% is real? Are we
dealing with super tech or the supernatural? Are inter-dimensional and demonic the same?
In April of 2017, nineteen of my Pa MUFON Investigators discussed these possibilities and voted on each
category. Two investigators abstained due to lack of evidence. ETH received the most first place votes, An-
cient Alien the most second place votes and Military the most third place votes. There were 98 total points
and Ancient Alien received 26, ETH 25, Military 15, UTH 13, Combo 11, Demonic 4, Prison 2, Psycho-
logical and Programmers 1 each; Hoax, CTH, Extratemporal and Natural zero votes. My question is, how
well read are the investigators on all possibilities? Were they influenced by TV and movies that stress ETs
are from space?

CHURCHILL, ALIENS AND
FLYING SAUCERS

A
n essay by Sir Winston Churchill considering the possibility of life elsewhere in the Universe, has
recently been rediscovered at the Churchill Museum in Fulton, Missouri. In the 11-page essay
titled Are We Alone in the Universe ?, written in 1939, he muses:
I, for one, am not so immensely impressed by the success we are making of our civilisation here that I am
prepared to think we are the only spot in this immense universe which contains living, thinking creatures,
or that we are the highest type of mental and physical development which has ever appeared in the vast
compass of space and time.
These ideas must have returned to his mind in 1950 when he gave permission for his top scientific advisor,
Sir Henry Tizard to set up a Flying Saucer Working Party. This had five top ranking members from the
intelligence branches of the Ministry of Defence, War Office, Admiralty and Air Ministry and when nec-
essary was able to consult with Fighter Command and the Meteorological Department. After examining
several UFO cases they took advice from the CIAs chief scientist, H. Marshall Chadwell to fall in-line with
the US policy to debunk sightings.
The Working Partys six page Unidentified Flying Objects. DSI/JTIC Report No 7 dated June 1951, con-
cluded:
When the only material available is a mass of purely subjective evidence it is impossible to give anything
like scientific proof that the phenomena observed are, or are not, caused by something entirely novel, such
as aircraft of extraterrestrial origin, developed by beings unknown to us on lines more advanced than any-
thing we have thought of.
They noted that it would be pointless and expensive to conduct a nationwide look out for UFOs, and rec-
ommended very strongly that no further investigation of reported mystery aerial phenomena be under-
taken, unless and until some material evidence becomes available.
When fighter jets were scrambled to intercept flying saucers swooping over the White House in the Sum-
mer of 1952, the subject became a hot topic again. Prime Minister Churchill was led to ask:

nomical or meteorological phenomena, misidentifications, optical or psychological delusions, hoaxes
and note:
The Americans, who carried out a similar investigation in 1948/9, reached a similar conclusion.
Unfortunately, the pilots of the saucers ignored these statements and made a reappearance the fol-
lowing month. The headlines reporting UFO sightings by RAY and Royal Naval personnel led to the
Government to enforce the Official Secrets Act, because:
The public attach more credence to reports by Royal Air Force personnel than to those by members of
the public. All reports are therefore to be classified confidential and personnel are warned that they are
not to communicate to anyone other than official persons any information about phenomena they have
observed.
More surprisingly, way back in 1912 Churchill was embroiled in a mystery about stange craft in the sky.
On the night of 14 October 1912, it was rumoured that a Zeppelin flew over Sheerness, Kent, at 8 p.m.
When Mr Joynson-Hicks the M.P. for Brentford, asked about this rumour in the House of Commons
on 18 November 1912, the First Lord of the Admiralty, Winston Churchill, supplied this written reply:
I have caused inquires to be made and have ascertained that an unknown aircraft was heard over
Sheerness about 7.00 p.m. on the evening of 14 October. Flares were lighted at Eastchurch, but the air-
craft did not make a landing. There is nothing in the evidence to indicate the nationality of the aircraft.
Even though no specific airship, German or otherwise, was unambiguously identified as the visitor to
Sheerness, Churchill still boldly claimed to the Committee of Imperial Defence:
There is little doubt that the airship reported recently to have passed over Sheerness was a German
vessel, and this incident had renewed anxiety. Some form of overhead protection would have to be pro-
vided for magazines and guns against airships designed and supplied.
At a later meeting, The Second Sea Lord, Sir John Jellicoe stated that a German Parseval-type airship
had flown over Sheerness. When Mr Asquith, the Prime Minister, asked for evidence to support this
claim, Jellicoe said that on the previous day to the incident, an airship had left Germany. This was prob-
ably a reference to the L.1. Zeppelin. Churchill supported him by saying that other sources confirmed
that a German airship had been responsible.
One theory is that this so-called Sheerness Incident was hoaxed by popular aviator Grahame-White
and Churchill to show how vulnerable Britain was to the German Zeppelin threat.

Historian Brett Holman, says:
I dont buy the theory that it was a conspiracy by Grahame-White and Churchill. Partly because such
subterfuge seems out of character for such relentless publicity-seekers as these two were (I can
imagine Grahame-White taking part in such a stunt but he would have soon enough revealed his part
in it), but mostly because no actual evidence has ever surfaced, despite the vast amount of research
done on Churchill since then. And if Churchill was in on it, why wait for a month before drawing
attention to the incident?
Whatever the cause of that sighting, in the following year, thousands of people throughout Britain
claimed to see the lights of the mysterious German Zeppelins at night surveying the towns and coun-
tryside.
In response to this nationwide airship scare, the Home Secretary Reginald McKenna rushed through
Parliament the Aerial Navigation Act 1913, which gave permission to the authorities to shoot down
aircraft in prohibited areas. Many of these prohibited areas were located where the scareships had
been seen, so it was perhaps an attempt at reassuring the public that something was being down about
the aerial threats from abroad.
Those who wanted more vigorous action were quick to point out that Britain did not have the
weapons or resources to actually enforce these new regulations. At least the Act had the impact that
Churchill would have loved, of making us aware of what might lurk in our skies, whether it be enemy
invaders or aliens from outer space.

and the Cold War

For centuries, strange lights, objects and celestial wonders in the sky have warned of impending doom.
In the early 20th Century mystery lights over Great Britain were interpreted as being caused by Ger-
man Zeppelins spying out the land in preparation for invasion, during WWI any unusual thing in the
sky was regarded as an enemy aircraft and produced scares in South Africa, Canada, USA and Britain.
In the 1930s, mystery aircraft were often reported, but with the coming of WWII strange objects
viewed by Allied pilots, which followed their aircraft, were dubbed foo fighters. After the war there
was a huge spate of ghost rocket sightings over Scandinavia, but sightings of odd things in the sky only
became perceived as a truly global phenomenon with the arrival of flying saucers in June 1947.
The term flying saucer was coined by newspapers after civilian pilot Kenneth Arnold saw nine glit-
tering craft flying over Mount Rainier, Washington on 24 June 1947. He described them as thin, nickel
plated, tailless, pie plate shaped objects with a convex triangular rear section. The objects flew in an
unusual fashion like saucers skimming across water, travelling at an estimated 1,200 mph, a speed
much faster than any known aircraft of that time.
This story from a reliable witness soon triggered many more sightings throughout the world. Yet, most
people described seeing a disc or saucer-shaped craft in-line with what the term flying saucer inspires,
rather than bat-shaped or tadpole like craft described by Arnold.
This was coincidentally at the beginning of the Cold War. One of Arnolds first thoughts was that he
was seeing US jet planes. Yet, his sighting was so troubling he reported it to the media in an effort to
find out what he saw.
When he discussed it with fellow pilots, he said Some of the pilots thought it over and said it was
possible. Some of them guessed that I had seen some secret guided missiles. People began asking me if
I thought they were missiles sent over the North Pole. I dont know what they were, but I know this
I saw them.

Sonny Robinson, a former Army Air Forces pilot who was operating dusting operations at Pendleton, Or-
egon, told Arnold: What you observed, I am convinced, is some type of jet or rocket propelled ship that is
in the process of being tested by our government or even it could possibly be by some foreign government.
However, a Washington, D.C., army spokesman said that guided missiles like the V2 rocket travelled too
fast to have been responsible for Arnolds sighting and in any case no experimental tests were conducted in
that area at that time.
In secret the Army Air Force was worried about these sightings, and in July 1947, Army Air Force intelli-
gence officers Lt. Frank Brown and Capt. William Davidson interviewed Arnold and were convinced that
he was an honest witness.
Inquiries were made to see if the Soviets had developed a saucer or flying wing aircraft using captured Nazi
designs and scientists, but this drew a blank and it was equally clear that it wasnt a US secret weapon either.
Debunkers soon turned to claiming such sightings as misperceptions or the product of Cold War hysteria,
believers soon started thinking the saucers were extraterrestrial craft on a mission to save us from starting
an atomic war.
Concerned that UFOs sightings would block essential channels of communication, and be used as a psy-
chological weapon by foreign enemies, the policy of US government agencies soon turned to providing
mundane explanations for sightings or covering them up, to prevent the outbreak of UFO hysteria.
Unfortunately, these tactics only made it seem that the US and other governments were covering-up the
subject because they knew more about it than they were willing to say (such as being in contact with alien
beings and/or keeping their crashed ships at Area 51).
From a historical perspective, the subject of flying saucers offers a valuable insight into the impact of the
Cold War on society, and also helps indicates how it has evolved and changed into the conspiracy led state
ufology is in today.

SICHUAN PROVINCE
(AND OTHER MYSTERIES)

ichuan is located in the upper reach of the Yangtze River and the hinterland of Southwest China. It is
bordered by Hubei and Hunan in the east, Guizhou and Yunnan in the south, Xizang (Tibet) in the
west and Qinghai, Gansu and Shanxi in the north. The name Sichuan means four rivers and it refers
to the four most important tributaries to the Yangtze River: Minjiang, Tuojiang, Fujiang and Jialing Jiang
which flow through the province from north to south.

important part of Beijings program to reach the stars; throughout recorded history China has been the
home to some of the most culturally and technologically advanced societies on our planet The past,
the present, and the future come together in Sichuan. The largest province of China with a population of
almost 100 million is also a very esoteric place
UFOS OVER THE PROVINCE

Unidentified flying objects have visited China since the distant past. Some observations have been record-
ed in the annals of the countrys history. Red China lifted the ban on reporting UFO sightings in 1979,
ten years before its neighbor and rival to the north, the Soviet Union. But many observations are fairly
recent. Let us look at some strange objects in the skies over Sichuan.
Zhang Zhousheng, a former astronomer at the Yunnan Observatory first observed a UFO in Sichuan in
1977. Mikhail Gershtein, Russias top UFO researcher and well-known author of numerous books on
the subject, has collected information about Zhangs 1977 sighting. He mentions the sighting in his book
Chto skrivayut ufologi
(What is covered up by ufologists) (Moscow), 2006.
The sighting took place on July 26, 1977, in the northern section of Chengdu. Zhang observed a strange
spiral-shaped object, and pointed it out to other people. The object was shaped like a sphere that resem-
bled a yellowish star. A large Archimedes spiral emitted from the sphere, a glimmering line, clearly bright
in the moonlight. The color of the line was blue and partly green. Because the spiral line emitted from the
sphere, it was clearly not as star, probably it was a comparatively small object. The line went around it in
three to four coilsThe strange object also moved in the sky in straight line. The velocity was invariable,
about ten degrees a minute. The spiral moved synchronically with the sphere. The size, shape, and lumi-
nosity of the object did not change, and the spiral did not rotate around the sphere. No trails were left
behind in the sky by the object. At 10:14 pm the spiral disappeared behind the clouds at the altitude of 10
degrees. The sighting lasted about five minutes. The Chinese scientist was shocked by what he had seen.

Zhang was not alone; thousands of witnesses observed he UFO that night in 1977. But Zhangs story does
not end there
The astronomer made a prediction in June 1981 that in July of the same year there would be sightings of a
UFO. On July 24, 1981, millions of people in Gansu, Qinghai, Sichuan and Yunnan Province actually saw
a flying luminous spiral-shaped body appear in the sky. Zhang claimed that he was able to calculate the
arrival of UFOs.
Having been engaged in the study of UFOs ever since 1977, Zhang has also explained his ability to predict
arrival of UFOs. According to him, UFO prediction is different from meteor shower; he can predict when
a UFO comes, but cannot be sure they are in the right location where we can see them. Zhang also claims
that he knows more than anyone else in the world about such predictions. He has continued his UFO re-
search, spends his. This is from the report in Chinese media published in 2009.

The 1981 spiral UFO had an altitude of about 650 km, and a speed of about 1.6 kilometers per second be-
fore it disappeared, according to Professor Wang Sichao, a planetary astronomer at the Purple Hills Obser-
vatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Professor Sichao believes extraterrestrial beings do exist and
their UFOs have the ability to visit our Earth.
Another Chinese astronomer and a dedicated UFO researcher Wang Sichao was interviewed by The Yang-
tse Evening Post on July 1st, 2002 (source: http://www.ufoevidence.org/documents/doc462.htm). Having
analyzed the descriptions of the witnesses accounts, he concluded that the 1981 UFO was a dimensional
flying machine. Such phenomena had been observed before; he and his colleagues at the Nanjing Zijinshan
Astronomical Observatory, have recorded, gathered, and analyzed UFO incidents since 1971. Such di-
mensional machines have been observed dozens of times. Mr. Wang believes that the UFO is of intelligent
design and not a natural phenomenon.
After the 1981 sighting, Chinese researchers studied ancient chronicles to find analogous events, and found
over thirty references to bent arrows in the sky and other similar anomalies.
But we are not done with that memorable July 24, 1981 sighting. Soviet TASS news agency referred to
the Xinhua story in its August 8, 1981. Chen Xia of China. org site wrote that China had its first massive
UFO sighting on the night of July 24, 1981. Hundreds of thousands of onlookers witnessed an enormous
luminous spiral from 10:33 p.m. to 10:53 p.m. The object moved at an unbelievable low speed at the up-
per atmosphere where helicopters were unable to reach. Later studies showed the object had an abnormal
anti-gravity capacity. Purple Mountain Observatory, also known as Zijinshan Astronomical Observatory
(located on the Purple Mountain in Nanjing, China) released a communiqu stating, the population of 14
provinces in our country sighted this celestial phenomenon
issue, an orange-colored UFO appeared at the altitude of one kilometer over Sichuan, Its shape was that
of a straw hat; the UFO disappeared in half an hour. There were twenty eyewitnesses; one recalled that the
object made strange noises. There were many reports of UFOs throughout China in December and January,
1999.
Chinese military scientists had revealed to unnamed sources that there were tests of a new stealth fight-
er conducted in the north, east, and south of their nation. But the first tests of the Chinese stealth fighter
Kong Shiji yihao were conducted in southwestern China in May 1998. Numerous cities in Sichuan province
reported seeing a ray of light from a UFO. Chinese military sources alleged that when the light is seen, the
aircraft takes about 5 - 6 minutes to pass from view so it was traveling at about 200 kilometers per hour. The
new aircraft was to go into service in 2005, according to Beijing Scene (January 1999).

Something very interesting flew over Chinas three provinces including Sichuan in June of 2002.
As reported by several media sources, on June 30, around 10 p.m., a mysterious, light-emitting,
shape-changing object was observed in the nations sky (Shanghai Star of July 3, 2002; The Huashan
Post, The Tianfu Morning Post, Henan Morning Post and more). The accounts described orange and
white ray of light appearing in the sky. The ray flew from east to west, and was visible for about three
minutes. Its size was approximately that of a desk; and it changed its shape (from a fang-shaped ob-
ject to a fan-like one). The various witnesses reports of the shape, size, time duration, and flight path
of the UFO were very similar: the object was flying at a great altitude, much higher than an airplane
would. The UFO was quite large. A newspaper in Sichuan reported that a pilot from a local air force
station flew next to the object and mistook it for an enemy fighter. Tian Xianyuan, an eyewitness and
the assistant manager from Chongqing Citys Astronomy Center, was able to point out the objects exact
location (Chongqing, an independent municipality was formerly part of Sichuan Province).
Perhaps the UFOs, whatever their origin may be, are also interested in a very secret Chinese facility.
What is known in the West is that the Northwest Nuclear Weapons Research and Design Academy,
(better known as the Ninth Academy and Factory 211) was built by the Ninth Bureau of Chinese
Nuclear Production Establishment in the early 1960s to produce Chinas early nuclear bomb designs. In
the late 1970s the Ninth Academy also established a chemical industry institute to conduct experiments
for reprocessing highly enriched uranium fuels.
However, according to the official China news agency, Xinhua, (July 20, 1995), the secret Ninth Acade-
my was decommissioned in 1987, and the base was moved to other sites in Sichuan Province.
CHINAS VALLEY OF DEATH

This information comes from various Russian (such as Vadim Chernobrovs research; and Igor Tsary-
ovs Trud article, February, 22, 1997 issue) and Chinese sources (for example, chinaculture.org.

unique geological location, complex natural conditions and primitive ecology, as well as mysterious
past and present. This is the land of dense forests, wild animals and rare plants, numerous lakes,
mountain peaks, waterfallsand a strange fog. The Yi people, native to the valley, claim that one
should speak in a low voice here so as not to disturb the mountain god, lest he produce a thick fog
that will sweep away all signs of life. Stories about the disappearance and deaths of humans and
livestock have been long known in the area. One tells of the remaining 30 Kuomintang soldiers who
once entered the valley when the Red China was first established in 1949; they were never seen again.
In 1966, a military expedition on a mapping mission disappeared without a trace. In 1976, three
members from a Sichuan forest prospecting team also disappeared in the valley; three skeletons
were found there months later. Then, in 1995, two soldiers disappeared when they passed through
the valley, and only their weapons were found some time afterwards. Could the disappearances be
explained by strange, thick, perhaps poisonous fog that lasts almost all day long in the valley? Ac-
cording to Russian sources, those who made it from the fog, tell of strange noises, a report the loss of
time Witnesses tell of a thick fog that envelopes people who are gone by the time it lifts. There have
been unexplained plane crashes in the valley. Some Chinese scientists believe that strange accidents
probably happen there because of saturated fumes of decaying plants that choke people; then people
lose the bearings and die in deep fissures that are abundant in the area. The scientists remind that
the magnetic field at Heizhu is so strong that it can disable compasses and actually bring about plane
crashes Others are not so sure.
The Yi people, who have inhabited the valley for thousands of years, have their legends; one of the
most interesting ones describes their cradle, Shimenguan. According to an ancient Yi teaching,
entrance to Shimenguan was strictly forbidden, and anyone who dared attempt it would be severely
punished.
MYSTERIOUS IMAGE
Mengding Mountain is the birthplace of tea civilization in China. And Mengding tea is known in the
country as Tea of the Immortal. For thousands of years the Chinese have enjoyed special tea varieties
from the foggy peaks of the Mengding Mountain; the damp climate of the area is superb for growing
tea.
Not much information was available about the discovery of a very strange image in the mountains.
The author of this article searched English-language Chinese sources; as well as Western and Russian
sources to get details.
Xie Qiang is a scholar at the Beijing Research Institute of Mineral Resources. His hometown is Yaan
City, in the central part of Sichuan Province, in Mingshan County, on a tributary of the Min River.
The city is located on the northwest side of Mengding Mountain (on the Tibetan Plateau), 128 kilo-
meters from Chengdu.

The Chinese researcher used Google satellite map to locate his hometown. What he discovered was truly
fascinating. To the north of the city, in the Mengding Mountain area, Xie Qiang observed very unusual,
huge image. It resembled a person, perhaps a warrior, wearing a crown of feathers) or a helmet), with an
animal next to him. The animal resembled Chinese mythical creature Qilin (Chinese version of unicorn
with multiple corns). The size of the image is as follows: the length of 10 kilometers, and height of 4 ki-
lometers (40 square kilometers). According to Xie Qiang, the best position to appreciate this image is in
the air 20 to 30 kilometers above the ground. The satellite map shows eyes, mouth, and nose on the face
of the person. There is either a crown of a helmet on his head. Something that resembles a tunic is on
the persons shoulder of the right arm. A bracelet is visible on the arm. The left arm is bent at the elbow.
To some people the warrior resembled a Roman soldier. The mysterious image points in the south-west
direction. Who or what created it: geological formations? Or did Human or humanoid builders create it?
Perhaps, a meteorite impact generated it? The specific cause of its formation remains unknown
Xie Qiang was amazed, and decided to explore the discovery. In July he and a geologist arrived in Yaan
City. They made their way to the Mengding Mountain, and reached the location of the warriors head.
They found rivers in the area, and concluded that millions of years in the past the mountains were
shaped by floods. One cannot see the image from the ground, due to its size.
The story was reported in the Chengdu Evening Post, on March 3, 2008.
Xie Qiang came to the site at the mountain with reporters and scientists, to further investigate his dis-
covery.
And then, the author of this article found out about the China Central Television (2010) special docu-
mentary that explored the mysterious image in the Mengding Mountains. It was accompanied by English
subtitles. It is very well researched program, and those who watched it saw the mysterious image very
clearly.

A powerful earthquake hit near Yaan City in April of 2013 reportedly killing some 200 people. Because
of its proximity to Lushan County, the epicenter of the magnitude-7 quake, Mengding Mountain has
seen a lot of damage to many of its centuries-old buildings, which survived a magnitude-8 earthquake in
the same province in 2008. There have been deadly earthquakes in the province in the recent years, and
we do not know how the mysterious image of the Mengding Mountain has fared
SHANXIAO, DRAGONS, MYSTERIOUS STRUCTURES
There are many more paranormal phenomena and fascinating sites in the province most Westerners
know better as Szechwan. There have been legends of wildmen (shanxiao) in China for at least three
thousand years; various accounts of the strange primates come from Sichuan.

The Chinese Dragon is now a cultural sign rich in both history and of great importance, not to mention the
symbol of the nation and something that has became an insignia of strength over the period of many centuries
and carried throughout many generations.
The imagery of dragons is very prominent in the Chinese culture, with first recorded proofs of such dating
back to thousands of years. Dinosaur fossils were once thought of as dragon bones, and a discovery in 300 BC
(1700 years ago) in Wucheng, Sichuan, China, was labeled as such by Chang Qu, a famous writer of the time.
Current scientific research of dinosaurs in China began in 1935, with excavations in Sichuan Province. But
they were discovered long before; and here the stories and legends of dragons of the Middle Kingdom come to
mind. Dragons in China are regarded as sacred symbols of celestial and terrestrial power; dragons are referred
to as the divine mythical creature that brings with it ultimate abundance, prosperity and good fortune. Chinese
mythological dragons could make themselves as large as the universe or as small as a silkworm. They could also
change color and disappear in a flash. They rise to the skies in the spring and plunge into the waters in the au-
tumn. But should the dragons be relegated to the past? Westerners learned of Chinese families raising dragons
to use their blood for medicines and highly prizing their eggs. Marco Polo reported that on special occasions
the royal chariot was pulled by dragons. In the early 17th century the emperor appointed the post of a Royal
Dragon Feeder. There have been stories of falling dragons from remote corners of China. And what of the
strange flying dragons (according to Chinese newspaper Epoch Times International, August 07, 2005) photo-
graphed over Tibets Amdo region, over the Himalayas, in January 2004

Then there are mysterious earthquake-resistant structures, old stone towers of Tibet (Himalayan foothills) and
Sichuan province, some vaguely star-shaped and some as tall as 15-stories building; the mystery of their origin
and age has not been solved (source: China Daily, November 16, 2005).
Martine Frederique Darragon, (previously involved in animal protection in Tibet and who had sponsored
philanthropic works through other foundations; she -nicknamed Renaissance Woman by Discovery Channel-
together with Sichuan University, set up the Unicorn Foundation ) a French amateur archaeologist, has been
trying to solve the riddle of the wooden towers built by an unknown civilization There is a hypothesis they
served a religious function, perhaps representing the dmu cord that, according to Tibetan legend, is said to
connect Heaven and Earth.
This is where mysterious dragons have been sighted in the sky; this is where reports of the Wildman have
been coming from, too.
HAPPY POET YUAN MEI
Yuan Mei (17161797) was a successful official, a writer of how-to books for the civil service exams, a compiler
and editor of volumes of supernatural tales, and a flourishing landscape artist; he has also been considered to be
the greatest of all Chinese food writers. Yuan embraced the spirit of Zen, but strongly rejected both folk Taoism
and formalized Buddhism. As a boy, he was a talented student who earned his basic degree at the age of eleven.
He received the highest academic degree at 23 and then went on to advanced studies. He eventually left public
office and retired with his family to a private estate named The Garden of Contentment. Among other things,
he also collected local ghost stories and published them. Apparently, he was also an advocate of womens educa-
tion.

Yuan Mei traveled throughout China extensively, and thus, was able to collect its folklore. His book
Censored by Confucius: ghost stories by Yuan Mei contained fascinating descriptions of paranormal crea-
tures; some of them eerily resembling modern-day reports of aliens. Such was the description of the creature
encountered in Sichuan Province by scholar Fei Mi and General Yang Zhan during their stay in the govern-
ment facility said to be haunted by monsters. Neither the General nor his assistant Li believed in monsters,
and they decided to spend the night upstairs (the reputed site of the hauntings). Fei Mi was asked or forced to
join them, but he was of a more suspicious nature, and took with him a lantern along with a sword. After the
third watch that night a monster tiptoed upstairs. The description of the creature was as follows: it had a face
but no eyebrows or eyes. It was lifeless and stiff, like deadwood. It had something of an eye in its back; it gave
off a bright golden light. Apparently, it could direct the light at humans.

However, Yuan Mei was also studied translated into Russian in 1977, by O. L. Fishman. That publication con-
tains a gripping description of a very-modern-like UFO sighting:
Zhang Xiao-Po from Pinghu was sitting in his courtyard, and the sky was cloudless, All of a sudden he heard
a cracking noise. There was a crevice in the sky and in the middle of it two eyes, resembling boats, with shiny
pupils that emitted bright light; they were round like the axle of a cart. The entire courtyard was flooded by

CONCLUSION
Our world is becoming smaller, and new technologies bring us together. Nations like Brazil, China, India
and Russia will share more of their UFO history and research through the work of serious, dedicated people
involved in the process. Countries like Israel, Ukraine, Mongolia, Poland, Chile, Indonesia, New Zealand,
and many more, have experienced their own UFO sightings and fascinating cases. This is a worldwide phe-
nomenon, and when the information about UFO (and USO-unidentified submersible objects) sightings is
exchanged and analyzed, we will certainly see patterns and similarities. Someone has been visiting our planet,

od is responsible for the spiritual entities within our bodies, and theres a harsh truth to face :
aliens are the most likely candidates for the geniuses behind the amazing nanotech DNA which
designs our life form physical bodies; there is no argument required.
The alien silhouette fingerprints, within our DNA, point to evidence that we were not ordained to this
planet, by God, but by aliens , a newly revealed history and destiny for us, in this universe.
God, is true enough, but the O.T. Bible as a touchstone of HIM, with
its myths and tales has no place in this DNA amended raised human
consciousness, for cruel and deceptive reptilian aliens masqueraded as
God, in ancient times.
The moon, much evidence suggests, was purposefully placed, on this
reptilian preserve so as to minimize extremes in what-we-call- Earths
climate, and seems,beyond belief, to have actually been, an ancient
alien craft, now used as a base to harvest and trade humans, their
seed and embryos, throughout the galaxy.
This truth ,is down a long hall and somewhere else, far from what one
might otherwise surmise..
The full truth is out there, and that is that we are not, nor have we been,
the top of the food-chain.
These best games-keepers never let the animals within, suspect that it is, Earth is indeed, a preserve.
Biblical dietary laws reveal its owners tactics and true purposes, to harvest physically and spiritually,
a harvest of humanity.
After this horrid alien realization, an informed UFO researcher, must needs then become a vegetarian,
for any moral and philosophical traction..
God, when not sabotaged by alien theft and recycling of human
life forces, imbues all physical -DNA- contrived, sentient life, with
sparks of His spirit.
There are, however, beyond belief, many predominant planets
whose entire intelligent life forms are spiritual entities, and no
physical DNA is required to house their spirit beings.
Our physical world is, amazingly, an anomaly, by virtue of the
sheer numbers of many such noncorporeal worlds, by
comparison.
Does human DNA reflect a computer code, of proteins and time-release enzymes, an alien nanotech,
and thus a no longer hidden fingerprint, of our Creator?
Aliens take a pervasive proprietorial stance, towards us, as we do our favored farm animals, and what-
ever cosmic-occult-technological wisdom, we might tangentially garner from them, we are still seen as
someone elses valuable property..
Scientists have found that our genetic code has all of these key computer code elements.
The coding regions of DNA, expostulates Dr. Stephen Meyer, have exactly the same relevant proper-
ties as a computer code or language (quoted by Strobel, p. 237, The Case for a Creator, 2004)
Whose mind or what entity could shrink and miniaturize such information and place our DNAs
enormous number of letters in their correct sequence as a genetic building block instruction manual?
Could evolution in itself have progressively come up with a nanotech system like this?

It is difficult to fathom, but the quantum of information in

our human DNA is roughly comparably equal to 12 sets
of The Encyclopedia Britannica-an amazing 384 volumes
worth of detailed data that would fill 48 feet long of required
library shelves .
Yet in their precise size-only two millionths of a millimeter

thick-a teaspoon of DNA, according to molecular biologist
Michael Denton, has all the information needed to build
the proteins for all the species of organisms that have ever
lived on the earth, and there would still be enough room left
for all the information in every book ever written (Evolu-
tion: A Theory in Crisis, 1996, p. 334).
Intelligent Design of our Human DNA

As scientists began to unravel and decode the human DNA molecule, they found something amazingly
unexpected : a computer programmers exquisite language composed of some 3 billion genetic letters.
One of the most extraordinary discoveries of the twentieth century, says Dr. Stephen Meyer, director of
the Center for Science and Culture at the Discovery Institute in Seattle, Wash., was that DNA actually
stores information-the detailed instructions for assembling proteins-in the form of a four-character digi-
tal code (quoted by Lee Strobel, The Case for a Creator, 2004, p. 224).
As George Williams explains it: The gene is a package of information, not an object. The pattern of base
pairs in a DNA molecule specifies the gene.But the DNA molecule is the medium, its not the message
(quoted by Johnson, p. 70).

My own research reveals a little-known surmise:
Parrot DNA reveals that their singular longevity attributes to their unique species repair of the ends of
DNA chains, unlike ours, and if we could splice that gene , to repair strands of our own aging DNA, the
postponing of aging and increased longevity in humans would be exponential.
Design from an intelligent source

To any discerning mind, this type of nanotech high-level information originates only from a technologi-
cally advanced intelligent source.
As Lee Strobel explains: The data at the core of life is not disorganized, its not simply orderly like salt
crystals, but its complex and specific information that can accomplish a bewildering task-the building of
biological machines that far outstrip human technological capabilities (p. 244).
For example, the precise nature of this genetic language is such that the average error that is not caught
turns out to be one error per 10 billion letters.
If an error occurs in one of the most important parts of the code, in the genes, it causes diseases such as
sickle-cell anemia. Yet even the best and most apt typist in the world couldnt come close to making only
one mistake per 10 billion letters-far from it.

Michael Behe, a biochemist and professor at Pennsylvanias

Lehigh University, explains that DNA genetic data is primari-
ly an instruction manual.
He reasons: Consider a step-by-step list of [genetic] instruc-
tions. A mutation is a change in one of the lines of instruc-
tions.
So instead of saying, Take a 1/4-inch nut, a mutation might
say, Take a 3/8-inch nut. Or instead of Place the round peg
in the round hole, we might get Place the round peg in the
square hole . . .
What a mutation cannot do is change all the instructions in one step-say, [providing instructions] to build
a fax machine instead of a radio.
(Darwins Black Box, 1996, p. 41).
We therefore have, in our human genetic code, a complex instruction manual eloquently designed by a
more highly intelligent source than even the genius of human beings.
The God agnostic and recently deceased Francis Crick, one of the discoverers of DNA, after decades of
work deciphering it, admitted that: an honest man, armed with all the knowledge available to us now,
could only state that in some sense, the origin of life appears at the moment to be almost a miracle, so
many are the conditions which would have had to have been satisfied to get it going .
(Life Itself, 1981, p. 88, emphasis added).
Dean Kenyon, a biology professor who repudiated his earlier book on Darwinian evolution-because of
discoveries of information found in DNA-states:
This new realm of molecular genetics (is) where we see the most
compelling evidence of design on the Earth (ibid., p. 221).
As well, one of the worlds most famous atheists, Professor Antony
Flew, admitted that he couldnt explain how DNA was created and
developed through evolution.
He now sees the demanding need for an intelligent source to have
been involved in the making of our human DNA code.
What I think the DNA material has done is show that intelligence must have been involved in getting
these extraordinary diverse elements together, he said (quoted by Richard Ostling, Leading Atheist Now
Believes in God, Associated Press report, Dec. 9, 2004).
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made . .
Written some thousands of years ago, King Davids words about our alien constructed human bodies
seems most true.
He wrote: For You formed my inward parts, You covered me in my mothers womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made . . . My frame was not hidden from You, when I
was made in secret, and skillfully wrought. . . (Psalm 139:13-15, ).
Where does all this deposit the theory of evolution?

Michael Denton, an agnostic scientist, concludes: Ultimately the Darwinian theory of evolution is no more
nor less than the great cosmogenic myth of the twentieth century (Denton, p. 358).
Thus we are left like a precipitate out of a solution with an astounding Creator nanotech design that every
life-form on Earth carries, a similar and related genetic code programmned by our extraterrestrial maker and
that evolution is hardly what we deduce that it is it .
This discovery shall shake our roots of humanity and confirm or deny our beliefs, both in our concept of a
Creator as well as in our own concept of our destiny.
Within this paradigm, all forms of life farmed throughout the Universe can be seen as an enormous molecu-
lar nanotech creation by a intelligent Creator using amino acid thoughts, expressed mathematically.
Crick, DNAs discoverer, perhaps, said it best:
Life did not evolve first on Earth, a highly advanced civilization became threatened so they devised a way to
pass on their existence.
They genetically-modified their DNA and sent it out from their planet on bacteria or meteorites with the
hope that it would collide with another planet. It did, and thats why were here.
The DNA molecule is the most efficient information storage system in the entire universe.
The immensity of complex, coded and precisely sequenced information is absolutely staggering.
The DNA evidence speaks of intelligent, information-bearing design. Complex DNA coding would have
been necessary for even the hypothetical first so-called simple cell(s).
Our DNA was encoded with messages from that other civilization.
They programmed the molecules so that when we reached a certain level of intelligence, we would be able to
access their information, and they could therefore teach us about ourselves, and how to progress. For life to
form by chance is mathematically virtually impossible.

created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we cant put limits on Gods creative
freedom.

Gods or extraterrestrials ? Conflict of belief
I
n the age of modern astronomy, we have a far greater understanding of the Cosmos than at any time
in human history. We are told we may have as many as five hundred billion galaxies in our Universe
and one hundred billion habitable earth like planets in the Milky Way alone. Logically some of these
life-sustaining planets will produce intelligent life to echo our own. It is just as likely some are more ad-
vanced technologically. The possibility we have been visited by at least some of these space faring civiliza-
tions gains traction when we research the archeological and anthropological history of our planet.
The oral history and ancient witness testimony of Gods who came down in fiery chariots, coupled with
images to echo modern day photographs of UFOs are compelling. Archeological artifacts and
artwork convey images to suggest we have had a long-standing interaction with other-worldly visitors
throughout human history.
The non-human intelligences (NHI) i.e. extraterrestrials would have appeared to earlier civilizations as
Godlike. It is quite understandable the primitive and uneducated, interpreted these beings as Gods,
especially with their advanced technologies which would have seemed like magic to them. Modern inter-
pretations of such abilities would identify these beings just exhibited advanced technology, but
were certainly not supernatural nor Gods.
However, we live in a world where many of our species are still uninformed or uneducated. The older
cultures whose beliefs are still very powerful are entrenched in old models of thinking, especially
when it comes to religious beliefs. The modern interpretation of this enon will collide with cultural beliefs
and be the cause of a spiritual crisis, when these beliefs are challenged by modern understanding.

The culture we are born in, will dictate what we are expected to believe, educationally, spiritually and
psychologically. For the most part we have no reason to question this information until exposed to
alternate knowledge. However, with the extraterrestrial phenomenon, individuals with Encounter
Experiences, (experiences with extraterrestrials) soon question what they are taught, even as a child
as these extraordinary encounters awaken in them to a higher truth. This awakening can create con-
flict, as their cultural and spiritual heritage collides with what they know to be true. Sourav, is a young
Indian man who has been faced with such a dilemma. He wrote to ACERN because what he ad been
taught to believe about his religion made no sense to him. He told me he knew the gods worshipped
by many people in his native land, were not gods at all, but extraterrestrials. This awareness was the
reverse of what his family and most of his culture believes. He certainly did not believe these beings
should be worshipped as Gods. This understanding left him feeling extremely isolated as he couldnt
share this understanding with his family or friends.
The New Human, Awakening to Our Cosmic Heritage, explores this spiritual dilemma which is an
issue for many with such experiences. What they learn from their encounters, the downloads of
information and the other-worldly education, gives them a far broader understanding of the nature of
reality and who we are. This knowledge can conflict with what they are taught to believe in every area
of human understanding, which includes religion and spirituality.
Sourav has the understanding that the Gods of his culture are not deities, but extraterrestrials and is
aware his understanding would not be accepted by his family, although he wanted to be respectful
of their beliefs. He felt both sadness and isolation because of this conflict within himself. Sourav re-
flects what individuals with extraordinary experiences feel, as they awaken to a deeper awareness and
knowing, when previous beliefs collide. (TNH Chapter 18).
I am not from this planet
Sourav always had this knowing he was a Starseed, that is; someone who felt they incarnated from
another planet. He says, My subconscious mind does not have any memories of being on Earth or
neither any soul memories have been imprinted on me before birth. (with respect to Earth lives.)
The conflict of belief Sourev told me: I want to thank you for replying to my mail and I want you to
know that you will always be there in my heart for the work you have done, and continues with; Re-
ligion is the mainstay of Indian life. Mary, people hardly know anything about ETs and UFO
stuff here, the consciousness of people is very narrow (both city and villages) and they are very polar-
ized in their outlook. The problem is that people are so much into the gods (there are at least a mil-
lion gods here). There are at least a million temples of various gods, and thousands of temples of Sri
Krishna. There are people who follow the teachings, but there are more people (majority) who simply
worship instead of learning what these spiritual masters were teaching, or were here to teach them.
They have a different notion of God in this country: they think God is Krishna or Shiva and so on. I
think that idol worship was created in India to focus on one being but eventually, like Egypt, people
found more interest in worshipping God in their own ways and a variety of gods emerged, but I think
there has been manipulation to keep people worshipping deities.
There is another problem in India, that if any person shows abilities, like the Indigo Children, these
children end up being worshiped by the people.

If the people knew about the various dimensions, people could see variouspossibilitiesand life in a different
way.I have relatives in the States, (USA) and when they were here I told them everything, and when I saw
your video of your lecture at the Bases Project Conference, I thought to myself, Mary and I think alike
because I had also told my relatives to observe the color of the body of Krishna.

Sourev continues with, However, I am not ready to disclose myself because I must be ready with answers
when they shoot questions, and I have not done my homework properly. When ready, the time will come
when I am confident. But up to now, I have only conveyed this information to my parents and a few of my
friends. I have been searching for ETs and information related to them all my life. It was natural to me. The
Internet arrived around 2004 or 2005 here, and I saw Dr. Steven Greers Disclosure Project in 2004.
I personally had two accidents and was healed miraculously overnight. Once it took only twenty-four hours
for me to heal my leg after an accident, and the second time it took only seven hours, (a nights sleep) to heal
completely from an accident; the second one was more severe than the first.
Apart from these, my personal experience was something, which was very important to me and happened in
my High school. I was in a dimension of Timelessness where I could feel a female energy or person who was
very happy to see me and was elated when she felt me. I was changed, and became a different person entirely
within a fraction of a moment when I was able to go inside her through her breath to her heart and felt her
love and I felt complete. Everything was happening so fast within a fraction of a second that my conscious-
ness could not handle it. I could not come back to the present because whatever I felt had become my reality
and this physical reality was no more. I wondered how it was even possible for me to feel such a thing, but
I felt the same thing accurately five more times in my life, only to feel it more and more clearly, andall this
was happening in a fraction of a second. I was at peace when, last year, I learned about dimensions and read
a book called Ami Child of The Stars by Enrique Barrios, and especially the chapter called 'A Blue
Princess mentioned in the Chapter Blue Princess the author also felt what I had felt in around a fraction of a
second in time is not basically what we think it to be, it can stretch itself if needed for a specific individual.
The author took fraction of a second to experience something, which in Human time concepts would have
been maximum fifteen to twenty minutes but it had happened in literally one second. I had also underwent
whatever I felt in less than one second. It was completely different reality in itself. Itwas the exact same ex-
perience for me. The only difference was the author could see whatever he felt and I could not see the face of
the Being because it was pure energy and not physical.
Please convey my regards to the Star Children you meet. I really felt a lot of affection for nine-year- old
Cathy, who said Mary has big ears, she listens but most adults dont. I could feel what she was feeling.

I mentioned to Sourav that I wanted to write this article for UFO magazine India, and mention his spiritual
dilemma. He replied:
I agree the people who read these UFO magazines are somewhat open-minded individuals who are opening
up to the vast reality. But even then I feel people won't be able to digest it unless they have their own
experiences. My subconscious mind does not have any memories of being on Earth or neither any soul mem-
ories have been imprinted on me before birth (with respect to Earth lives) - which I am sure of and this is the
REASON why I have these conflicting notions and thoughts of Religion, the way we live and lot more things
that goes on. I only want to add the fact - Why is it so difficult to accept What the Society wants me to learn.
I understand also the fact that when I start telling the reasons because of which a so called Star Seed has a
different thought process than the normal, which will lead me to Imprinting of Memories - a little of Akashic
Records, its beyond peoples understanding to even apprehend what I say. But I still want to say and if it can
be included that - If a Person is thinking different - What are the possible reasons that might be causing
clashing thoughts in his brain. We can still simplify and mention it if possible.
Sourav is not alone with questioning his cultural spiritual beliefs; it is a regular pattern with individuals hav-
ing extraterrestrial encounters. Awareness of their differences to the norm and, their Encounters begins a
process of questioning everything they have been taught to believe. Sourav shares of his understanding of his
Indian culture, and states that for the most part, it precludes acceptance of the UFO phenomenon and extra-
terrestrials as a modern day interpretation of the gods. The New Human (TNH) highlights there are both
children and adults with similar issues to Sourav. They are aware they have past lives on other planets and/or
dimensions. They also have recall visits from intelligences who teach them about life on other planets and a
different history of our species to what we are generally taught.
Cathy, a nine-year- old girl is one of these. She has encounters with two extraterrestrial guides one is green
skinned and one is a blue extraterrestrial guide. She says the blue guide she calls Emenoke teaches her many
things.

Another example of the similarity of an Extraterrestrial Being seen and drawn by Jane, (Australia) another
with Encounters with extraterrestrials calls this being she has drawn a Telephant. The similarities of her
extraterrestrial Telephant to the Elephant God Ganesha, are remarkable.

Ganesha, is the Lord of success, the God of wisdom, education and knowledge. Note the

Informed interpretation
In our modern age the so called gods of old are perceived as extraterrestrial with advanced technologies. This
is supported by recent archeological discoveries all over the globe, including India. Indian researchers and
academics highlight the evidence of extraterrestrial visitation which is shown in ancient artwork and ancient
writings that humanity has been visited by extraterrestrials for millennia, they are not gods.

When modern interpretations supported by historical evidence conflicts with religious spiritual beliefs it is un-
derstandable that there is confusion for believers. Belief does not rely on facts so much as belief. It is undeniable
that Sourav has support for his understanding of the gods with a plethora of historical texts uncovered in recent
years, such as cave drawings and artwork which indicate humanity has been visited by many forms of extrater-
restrials. The myriad of drawings of aerial fiery chariots, show they have advanced technologies, which explain
how they were able to traverse vast distances through space. When the individual personal experiences with
these Beings are supported by facts and evidence then it's the dilemma of believers to decide what is more
important to them, their belief or truth.

It is quite understandable that primitive indigenous peoples interpreted these extraterrestrials as Gods, the
advanced technologies perceived as miraculous. However, with modern technology of our own we can see
clearly the extraterrestrials were quite mortal but had advanced technologies. Ufological research makes it clear
not only have these NHI been visiting our planet over the centuries but are still visiting and interacting with us
today. India like many other countries has academics and researchers open minded enough to explore the evi-
dence of this phenomenon through a modern lens. However, a re-appraisal of previous interpretations requires
at least for some cultures, a huge religious and cultural paradigm shift. The Times of India in a 2014 article has
compelling and fascinating story featuring 10,000-year- old rock paintings, it says they depict aliens and UFOs.

Archaeologist JR Bhagat stated he believes these paintings depict aliens. 130km from Raipur, the caves come
under village Chandeli and Gotitola.

aliens and UFOs. The article stated: There are several beliefs about these paintings among local villagers.
Some worship the paintings, others narrate stories they have heard from ancestors about rohela people
the small sized ones - who used to land from sky in a round shaped flying object and take away one or two
persons of village who never returned.
The strange carved figures are holding a weapon-like object and do not have clear features. In few pictures,
they are shown wearing spacesuits.

Archaeologist JR Bhagat stated there is no coincidence such ancient images appear to have resemblance
to UFOs shown in alien movies. "The fan-like antenna and three legs of vehicle's stand clearly
shows a similarity to UFO type craft. The Times of India, 2014.

India Vimana UFOs flew in 4,000 B.C.
Dr. V. Raghavan, retired head of the Sanskrit department of Indias prestigious University of Madras, contends
that centuries-old documents in Sanskrit (the classical language of India and Hinduism) prove that aliens from
outer space visited his nation.
Fifty years of researching this ancient works convinces me that there are livings beings on other planets, and
that they visited earth as far back as 4,000 B.C. The scholar says. There is a just a mass of fascinating infor-
mation about flying machines, even fantastic science fiction weapons, that can be found in translations of the
Vedas scriptures, Indian epics, and other ancient Sanskrit text.
In the Mahabharata (writings), there is notion of divine lighting and ray weapons, even a kind of hypnotic
weapon. And in the Ramayana writings, there is a description of Vimanas or flying machines that navigated at
great heights with the aid of quicksilver and a great propulsive wind. These were space vehicles similar to the
so-called flying saucers reported throughout the world today. The Ramayana even describes a beautiful chariot
which arrived shining, a wonderful divine car that sped through the air. In another passage, there is mention
of a chariot being seen, sailing overhead like a moon.
The references in the Mahabharata are no less astounding: At Ramas behest, the magnificent chariot rose up to
a mountain of cloud with a tremendous din. Another passage reads: Bhima flew with his Vimana on an enor-

Vymanka-Shastra (science of aeronautics), there is a description of a Vimana: An apparatus which can go by
its own force, from one place to place and globe to globe. Dr. Raghavan points out, The texts revelations be-
come even more astounding. Thirty-one parts of which the machine consists are described, including a photo-
graphing mirror underneath. The text also enumerates sixteen kinds of metal that are needed to construct

Religion and beliefs
It is clear some Indian academics recognize the Vimanas as flying machines and the beings flying them are
not deities but extraterrestrial! Beliefs do not require proof just faith and some religions and the religious
are still unable to embrace the modern day interpretation of visits from other worlds.
However, its time the most logical interpretation of Extraterrestrial visitations is embraced by the various
religions. The lack of information as to the Extraterrestrial reality has caused great distress for many expe-
riencing encounters. Some religions have stated that extraterrestrials are another example of God's
creativity and they are our cosmic brothers. The Catholic church accepts these experiences as extraterres-
trials but other Christian churches translate these encounters as demonology which incites fear and con-
flict. Thankfully, some religions or spiritual practices are more enlightened.
The UFO/Encounter experience can be confusing and bewildering enough and how the religions respond
to the extraterrestrial phenomenon is extremely important to those who have such Contacts. Sadly, within
those organizations and churches many clergy, priests and ministers are also uninformed and will only re-
interpret Contacts through the lens of their own specific dogmas, and not from an informed modern per-
spective.
Religions and the religious owe their spiritual communities the understanding of this reality as exampled
by Buddhism and some Christian churches. This information will support the Experiencer as they process
their experiences within their personal beliefs. This is even more crucial as more people awaken to this
reality. I think the Dalai Lamas statement speaking on the extraterrestrial reality through the spiritual lens
of Buddhism is one of the most useful for those who awaken.
If we receive some visitor from other Galaxies, its the same as human being. They may be little different
sorts of shapes, but basically they are the same. Furthermore, same sentient being, so respect them. Look at
them as the same sentient being. We can immediately shake hands if they have some sort of similar hand: If
we place too much emphasis on the strangeness and watchfulness, that creates anxiety and more fear.

Issue #9 FOIA Requests
This week Im going to cover a topic that I have to admit right up front is new territory for
me, and Im sure that most Field Investigators rarely have the need to use: FOIA requests.
I wrestled with myself as to how I should go about presenting this subject, and after much
thought I decided that the best thing to do would be to walk my readers through the process
from start to finish. In the course of my case investigations with MUFON I have not had the
need to write one yet, so I thought this would be the perfect time to do this so that not only
will I be prepared when the need arises, but also since this is a lengthy process I will be able
to update readers on the responses to my request, and subsequent developments from what-
ever information I receive. This way there will be a comprehensive step-by-step illustration
of the process for others to follow. I will devote issues of my blog to this topic as develop-
ments occur.
I would not be doing this if not for the fact that I have the perfect case to write one for, that
I am already researching. The sighting of a UFO in San Luis Obispo, CA, on July 7th, 1967
(see issue #6) has not had any other information from Project Blue Book file #11864 re-
leased other than the four photographs and the cover sheet I was able to find on Fold3.com.
I decided to write the request thanks to a reply I received from Stanton Friedman where he
pointed out that I had all the information that I needed to narrow down the scope of my re-
quest. This is very fortunate, and fairly rare to be able to provide the case file number, date,
and location!
This is a great time to explain what a FOIA request isnt; it is not a guarantee that you
will receive anything! There are specific rules for filing a request, and unless they are fol-
lowed meticulously to the letter, at best your reply will not be timely, or the process can be
mind-numbingly stretched out into a fruitless effort by a vague search. Even when done
correctly, there is no guarantee that what you are after will be released. If it is deemed vital
to the interest of National Security, it will not be released.
There are now two ways that a person may file an FOIA request, either electronically or by
mail. I briefly thought about filing my request electronically until I read the part on the web-
site that said filing electronically with the system implies consent to monitoring, whereas
I made the instant decision to to do it the old fashioned way (by mail), and to document
each step.

Issue #10 History of the FOIA
John Lennon was just murdered. There is a wall in between East and West Germany. Fear of the
atom bomb is still real. Ronald Reagan is newly elected, and will soon be taking office. This is
the world we lived in at the close of 1980, when over the course of three days, events took place
that became known as the best documented UFO case since Roswell, the Rendlesham Forest
incident.
This is the topic of the new book by Nick Pope, Encounter In Rendlesham Forest. We were
very fortunate to have Nick as our guest speaker at this months Northern California MUFON
meeting in San Jose, hosted by Ruben Uriarte. The house was packed to listen as Nick recounted
events of the three nights, and I must take a moment here to thank Nick again for coming...this
man is so gracious that he showed up and spoke for about three hours before even going home
from the airport! So, thanks Nick, from all of us! I also want to make a really good point about
this case in general. Jim Penniston, I know youre reading this, and your reaction is going to be,
He did what?!!!, but trust me it worked out to demonstrate a point. Nick got so involved in the
story, and of course being pressed for time, the code sort of got shuffled aside. No, really. The
story was so fascinating as it was, but the during Q & A we re-visited the code downloaded by
Jim Penniston when he touched the symbols on the craft! If you are not familiar with the Rend-
lesham Forest incident, I strongly recommend that you buy his book.

Now to move on to this months topic; the history of the FOIA. The Freedom Of Informa-
tion Act was signed into law on July 4th, 1966 by President Lyndon B. Johnson (you can bet
it burnt his biscuits to sign it!), but we have California Congressman John Moss to thank for
its existence. Unfortunately for him, because of his passion for making information public,
his F.B.I. file grew to be over two inches thick! Remember what I said in the last issue about
filing a FOIA request electronically, and how that is considered as permission for you to be
monitored? Something to keep in mind. In 1974 the FOIA was amended to force greater
agency compliance with requests. The General Accounting Office reported in 1991 over 1.9
million requests !
So where does this leave me with my FOIA request regarding the SLO UFO? The request
has to be directed to the correct agency, in the correct format, and ask for the specific in-
formation. As there are probably a few places I should ask for the files, I am still compiling
exactly where I am going to file the requests, and trying to determine what the charge will
be for the searches. Yes, you heard me right, charge. Some of these requests can be a little
pricey, thus making them prohibitive to most people. Im hoping this search is fairly reason-
able.
Issue #11 Requests For Public Records

My first stop was to the Morro Bay office of the U.S. Coast Guard. They were very helpful,
however they didnt have an office in Morro Bay at the time in question, which was 1994.
They did not have an office there until 1998!
The sergeant at the front desk was extremely helpful, and told me that the Harbor Patrol
office was right next door, and that they had been there at the time and would probably have
the records from back in 1994. I thanked him, and gave him my card, encouraged him to
check out the MUFON website, and let him know that it was okay for their office to contact
me whenever they had any reports that I would be interested in.
Id like to say that next I went to Harbor Hut and had a wonderful Calamari steak, but alas,
there was more work to do! I ignored the wonderful aromas emanating from the many
eaterys in the area, and proceeded to the Morro Bay Harbor Patrol office. After I introduced
myself, I explained what information I was looking for, and asked them if they could help.
They were very nice, and provided my with the form to start my inquiry.

I politely asked them what the charge would be for my request, and to my delight, they told
me that there would be no charge. Maybe they just liked that I was polite, or maybe they
were intrigued by my inquiry, but it clearly states on the form that there is a .75 cent charge
for the first page, and .25 cents for each page thereafter, so be prepared, most requests will
cost something! They let me know that they had up to ten days to respond my request, and
I thanked them, gave them my card, and again encouraged them to check out our web-
site, and to give out my number or call me if they had reports that I might be interested
in. Of course I couldnt resist asking if they knew anything about the sighting in 1967, and
I showed them the picture from July 7th. Although they were interested, neither of them
knew anything about it...Ill be filing a separate request there next trip besides my FOIA to
the other agencies.
To my surprise, and delight, I received word back on my search yesterday. I was really
amazed at the quickness in there reply, especially since Monday was Memorial Day! Since
any names are redacted, I am going to include the harbor records, just so you all can see
what to expect when you make such a request. Although the information I was specifically
looking for (other reports from 25-30 miles out to sea on that date) was not in the logs, there
are still other places for me to inquire.

As you can tell from the harbor logs, there was not even anyone on duty during the ear-
ly morning hours. This tells me that I need to check with the Coast Guard unit that was in
charge of the area off the coast of Big Sur at the time.
Issue #12 Them Or Us ?

It is well known that we both build, and test experimental aircraft. It is also well known that
a large percentage, if not all of those experimental aircraft are designed and built under a
blanket of complete secrecy. Anyone doubting the industrys ability to accomplish such a feat
should consider the U2, the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird, the Stealth Bomber, etc., to under-
stand that it is not only possible, but it is usually the way that our advanced technologies are
developed. This begs the question; how do we tell if its made on Earth, or if it came from...
somewhere else?
I read once (wish I could remember where) someones opinion that if it looks like it has
seams, and you think you can see nuts and bolts, its one of ours. At the time it made a little
bit of sense to me, after all, surely even if we could duplicate their propulsion technology, we
are still limited by our terrestrial fabrication processes...right? Or are we?
Let me take you back to 1979, and a personal sighting that I had in the city of Azusa, CA. Back
in those days a lot of us musicians in the San Gabriel Valley area spent most of our time at a
recording studio that used to be tucked away behind the Shangri-La strip club on the cor-
ner of Azusa and Arrow Highways, on the border of Azusa and West Covina. At one end of
the building was Charvel Guitars, where Eddie Van Halen used to work as a guitar tech, and
on the other end was a fantastic sound studio, and a bunch of practice rooms. At the time my
drummer and I were living in one of the practice rooms, which was a fairly common practice
back then. In fact before us my friend Mark Oldham and Vince Neil (of Motley Crue fame)
were living in it while they were playing in their band Rockandi. Diagonally across the street
from the studio was a Market Basket grocery store that had a pretty good sized parking lot. It
was as I was leaving the market one night with a girlfriend that I saw the most incredible sight
in my young life.
It was around 9:00 in the evening as we left the market, and we were walking through the
parking lot on our way to the intersection to cross the street when I noticed movement above
me. My girlfriend and I stopped in our tracks as we both looked up in unison at the largest
object either of us had ever seen as it silently moved over our heads. To say it was large does
not do it justice. Battleships are large.

This was immense. The foothills of Glendora run West to East perpendicular to Arrow
Highway, and this craft was flying no higher than the foothills. We judged it to be at least
a half-mile in width, and a minimum of a mile in length! Amazingly there wasnt a sound
coming from it as it slowly drifted over us. By this time I became aware of whistles and
hoots from other people in the parking lot, who obviously were witnessing the same thing
that I and my girlfriend were. I clearly remember thinking: Oh this is fantastic, everyone
is seeing this! Now there is no way the government can deny these things exist! So many
people saw this that it will be all over the news! (The next day there wasnt a word about
it in any newspaper or television story.) The underside of the craft had rectangular shapes
jutting out at different angles, but no identifiable structures. There were no visible mark-
ings of any kind anywhere on it, and it was all a uniform metalic gray color. It slowly drift-
ed to the east at about 30 MPH until it got over what appeared to be the San Dimas area,
then it suddenly stretched into a pinpoint of light in the distance, and then was gone. That
is the only way Ive ever been able to describe its departure.
Needless to say, what I saw was something that would change the way most people viewed
the world. It was a little different for me since it was not my first experience, but none the
less, it had a very profound effect upon me, and the course my life would take in the fu-
ture. For many years I was of the belief that what I saw had to be from somewhere other
than Earth, because I was not aware of any of the information that I am today. Now after
reading so many other accounts, and hearing fantastic first-hand testimony from people
like Jan Harzan who was at the meeting at Lockheed-Skunkworks when the CEO an-
nounced that we have the technology to take ET home, I have to wonder if perhaps what
I saw wasnt something on its maiden voyage from Palmdale!
Im going to use Travis Waltons abduction case for just a second as a comparison because
1) Ive talked to him and I believe him 100%, and 2) The craft used is completely dissimilar
and was witnessed by multiple people. That being said for those of you not familiar with
Traviss case, he was abducted back in 1975 while doing forestry work in the mountains of
Arizona, and the whole incident was witnessed by the rest of his work crew. The craft that
was witnessed in this instance was the typical saucer type craft, and bears no similarity
whatsoever to the craft that I saw in the Azusa sighting. I am also convinced that the occu-
pants of the craft that took Travis were not from Earth, as was the case with Betty and Bar-
ney Hill. So here we have a very well documented case (I recommend Travis book Fire
In The Sky: The Walton Experience to everyone!), and we can tie the design of the ship in
conclusively to belonging to an extraterrestrial race. However the big behemoth that I saw
is an unknown. The only thing I know for sure about it is the fact that Ive only seen it, or
anything like it once. As far as who or what was inside...?

Issue #13 FOIA Filing Procedures
Besides knowing where to send your FOIA request, one also needs to know the proper way
to format your request so that you can obtain the maximum results. The following is an ex-
ample of how to format a request.

Keep in mind that if you choose to file online, you are giving consent to be monitored.
Call me old fashioned, but for my purposes Im going to help finance the pension of my
mailman rather than give away my privacy rights.
Okay, so now you have some idea of how to frame your request, let me also include that
you want to be as specific as possible as to what information you request. In my case, Im
fortunate enough to have a date, a location, and (I always save the best for last!) a Project
Blue Book file number. In the case of copies of letters you might be requesting, dont forget
to include the author of the letter, the recipient of the letter, and where any copies went
to. Again, the more information you can provide, the better chance that your search can
be narrowed down to what you are looking for. Of course, there is no guarantee that what
you request can be released. Always keep in mind that if it is in the best interest of national
security, it will remain classified. Following are three examples of where you would want
to send your FOIA request. All of the following are associated with the Department of
Defense...for some reason our interests are often found to be their interests too, although
officially they will never say so.

Every once in a while Im so impressed with technology that I run across, that I have to share it
with everyone right away. This happened to me yesterday while I was at Barnes & Noble buy-
ing some technical books in preparation for upcoming events this summer, and then again at
Costco when I was shopping for luggage. Twice in one day. What a world.
So there I am standing in line at Barnes & Nobles with what felt like 80 pounds of books...all
three of them, when I spy on the shelf behind the counter a rather large box with the words on
it; AR Drone 2.0. There is a picture on the box that looks like something out of Avatar, so of
course, I was interested! I asked the salesgirl how much it was and if I could please take a quick
look at it, but inside I already knew that useful scientific instrument (not a toy) was coming
home with me.
As you can see from the above picture, anybody with the
maturity level of a 8 year old would instantly recognize the
scientific potential for such a noble tool. After all...it shoots

devices), boasts real-time video feedback and intuitive smart-phone control. Although it
only has a range of 165 feet, it is quite useful for getting aerial pictures on-site instantly, and
for scouting out an area before you approach it. Both are extremely valuable assets in the
field, and the fact that you can now go into your local bookstore and buy a drone really is a
sign of the times.

As some of you may know, I am going to be attending STAR Team Boot Camp in Wicken-
burg, Arizona in October. As a result, I figured it was about time to buy some new luggage.
With all the trips out of town Ill be taking this summer, and then flying to Phoenix in Octo-
ber, I thought it would be best to give the ol backpack a rest. Besides, people seem to wonder
about the machete. Anyway, as I made my way through all the tasty samples they have for
people to try throughout Costco on my way to the luggage isle, I saw a display that actually

This wonderful piece of equipment is the Goal Zero Yeti 400, and when coupled with the
accompanying solar panels, it can power and charge just about anything you have with in
the field, and store up the juice to power your equipment at night! This unit is even powerful
enough to power a television! But just in case you brought a road crew with you, and you have
bigger needs (say a refrigerator), then the next model is for you.

This baby I call the I thin I have a hernia model. It weighs about 100 pounds, which for all
intents and purposes would make impractical in the field. Except for one feature that is its
saving grace. This unit has wheels on the bottom, and a retractable handle so its extremely
easy to move around once it is unloaded from your vehicle. Just make sure that you have one
of the Expendables around to lift the darn thing.
I myself, being a better thinker than lifter, purchased the Yeti 400 and 2 of the 15 solar panel
components that go with it. I was looking for a way to power my smaller sound board and
wireless microphone unit while videotaping in the field, and this fits all of my requirements.
As a member of MUFON, I am always talking to people about alternative energy ideas, and
new technologies that can help improve the human condition everywhere. Solar power units
like this are affordable, lightweight, and provide a clean power source for people who might
be in a remote location, anywhere in the world!

have their own models on formation of universe. Banks and fischler model proposed by

verse was believed to be formed by :

Universe began as black hole fluid. It probably fills the entire space but the density they
fill would fluctuate by uncertainty principle of quantum mechanics. the fluctuation to-
wards lower density mean a region where the black hole doesnt fill every last bit of vol-
ume,some are free of black holes and filled with radiation.It leads to observable universe.
the region with hot radiation will quickly expand pushing the black hole apart. Inflation
expands the universe to more than 1Km and galaxies,planets and life begin to appear.
When the universe was formed it was in low entropy state,low entropy increases with time
according to second law of thermodynamics.He explained low entropy by considering
bubbles of ordinary space. These must have emerged from black hole fluid to avoid col-
lapsing back into fluid.Incase,universe had high entropy,it would have caused black holes
to move faster and collide and merge.

present after pluto) would be expected to evaporate a fraction of second after their birth
by Hawking radiation.
The largest black hole from holographic cosmology (before 10^-35,black holes expected
to exist,by Gerardt hooft Im 1993) less than 100 grams might survive to present day due
to : Magnetic field with one pole called mono poles.

If universe had beginning it insists the existence of supernatural being who created it in
19th and 20th century. The theories that dont agree with thermodynamics second law
are in big trouble i.e. disorder increases with time.It insisted that universe must had a
beginning or it could be in state of disorder and everything would be in same tempera-
ture,night sky would have been bright as surface of sun.Galaxies moves apart and farther
galaxies moves faster. These moves with some velocity.Theorms of Penrose show that
time have beginning,focus of past light cone shows that time has beginning,if general
relativity is correct. Distance of galaxies is estimated by cosmic distance ladder.

It is considered to be the unification theory though it seemed to be unusual at first.It could

explain big bang and possible questions about space.If it is proved to be correct everything
from protons,neutrons made up of strings but too small to be detected.

sorrows. But a knowledgeable soul does not ask for Mukti, it asks for Jeevan Mukti. When the
soul goes to Vishnu Puri/Vaikunth, the soul never returns from there unlike Swarga Loka. So
when the soul resides in Vaikuntha it experiences Param Sukh (Most Supreme Joy) while re-
maining in an Akari body, in Vishnu Puri the soul has an Akari body made of Param Tatvas,
so that soul comes within the ambit of Jeevan Mukti i.e experiencing the joy of mukti without
merging into the creator. Then after experiencing Param Sukh in Vishnu Puri, the souls asks
for Param Shanti (Supreme Peace) to attain Supreme Peace the soul goes to Shiv Puri. After
experiencing Supreme Peace at Shiv Puri, the soul goes to Param Dham in Nirakari form,
Only humans ask for Mukti, Devtas/deities never ask for Mukti because they have knowledge.
In Param Dham the soul is in a Karmatit avastha and becomes Nirakari, therefore being in a
Karmatit avastha and in a Nirakari state the atma itself becomes Shiva (Jeev se Shiv ban jati
hai) i.e from a mere soul/atma it becomes Param Atma/Supreme Soul, after becoming Shiva
soul attains a lot of knowledge and Divya Drusti (Devine Vision) and after attaining knowl-
edge in a Nirakari state the soul desires to go to Maha Shiva and the journey of the soul
starts. Only 9 lac souls will get Jeevan Mukti.

What Is So Special About Pyramids ?
Thats a question we generally do not ask ourselves. But what makes them so special, why
do we get excited when we came across the Pyramids, why do even we talk about these
strange structures?

First of all, what makes them so special is, their size of course and the fact that they are
found on every single Continent of this planet, yes mark my words, Every Single Conti-
nent, around 250 in central Shaanxi Province in China, Dozens in the islands of Indian
Ocean and Northern Sudan, around 155 in Egypt, 300 in Peru and over 10000 Pyramids in
Central America alone!! Recent research shows that Pyramid is the most stable and perfect
shape that anyone can build. The most fascinating thing about them is their position and
alignment with celestial bodies which proves that the builders had knowledge of mathe-
matics, astronomy and geology. Pyramids were built in a range of time period, from the
oldest one believed to be in Bosnia built around 12350 years ago.
The Great Pyramid of Giza

Some General Facts
The Pyramid was built 481ft high but due to weathering, its present height is 455ft. It was
built around 4576(approx.)years ago on the plateau of Giza. It was the tallest man-made
structure of its time. It is believed that the pyramid was built as a tomb for Fourth Dynas-
ty Egyptian pharaoh Khufu but the body of pharaoh was never found, it was constructed
over a 20-year period. It is estimated that 23 million blocks of rectangular limestone, each
weighing an average of 2.5 tons are used! The blocks are fitted so precisely that even a thin
blade cannot be interested between any two of them!

So What is So Special About The Giza Pyramid?
To get it in a quick view, Ill share it in POINTS
1. The Great Pyramid is accurately aligned to True North, not Magnetic North
more accurately that any other existing structure built either before or since.
2. On dawn and dusk of Summer and Winter Equinoxes, when the Sun castes
shadow of the Pyramid, it can be seen only from Above that the sides of
Pyramids are concaved inwards!
3. Consider the image below, it is the normal sketch version of the real Pyra-
mid.
First of all, all the measurements are done here in

pyramid inches ad sacred cubits.
There are three ways to calculate distance between
points A and B, A-B, A-D-E-B, and A-C-B
Interestingly, the distance between points A B is
365.242 sacred cubits, the exact length of the solar
year.
The distance across the indentation between points A
D E B is 365.256 sacred cubits, the exact length
of the sidereal year.
The distance between points A C B is 365.259
sacred cubits, the exact time it takes from earth to
return to its perihelion, the anomalistic year.
When a circle is made by using the arc created by
the indentation, the circumference of the circle is the
same as the circumference of the earth at the equator
4. Twice the perimeter of the bottom of the granite coffer times 108 gives the mean radius of the Sun.
5. The weight of the Pyramid is estimated as 5955000 tons and multiplied by 108 gives the calculated mass of
the Earth.
EL CASTILLO, CHICHEN ITZ
The large pre-Colombian Mayan archaeological site of Chichen Itza in the north central part of Mexicos Yucat-
an Peninsula was prominent for four centuries from about 600 AD. El Castillo or the Pyramid of Kukulkan, the
plumed serpent, lies on the The Great North Platform, and is a step pyramid with stairways on all four sides.
During sunrise and sunset on the spring and autumn equinox the shadows cast by the corner tiers move down
the north side of the pyramid to the snakes head at the base.

The pyramid consists of a series of square terraces with stairways up each of the four sides to the
temple on top. Sculptures of plumed serpents run down the sides of the Northern Balustrade.
During the spring and autumn equinox, the late afternoon sun strikes off the northwest corner
of the pyramid and casts a series of triangular shadows against the northwest balustrade, creating
the illusion of a feathered serpent crawling down the pyramid. Each of the pyramids four sides
has 91 steps which, when added together and including the temple platform on top as the final
step, produces a total of 365 steps which is exactly the number of days in a Solar Year!

BOROBUDUR TEMPLE
Borobudur is a 9th century Mahayan Buddhist Temple in Megalang, Central Java, Indonesia.
The monument is in a shape of step Pyramid consisting 9 stacked platforms, six square and
three circular, topped by a central dome! Borobudur Temple is largest Buddhist Temple in
the world. The central dome is surrounded by 72 Buddha statues, each seated in a perforated
Stupa ! The most fascinating thing about this pyramidal structure is, when seen from above it
looks exactly like a Hindu or Buddhist Mandala, which indeed referred as the YANTRA to
connect with COSMOS !
Another mind baffling fact is that on the walls of platforms, you can find many stone carvings
which study claims to be depicting UFOS. There are two strange things are clearly illustrated
in this relief. The first right on a horse that is shaped like a flying saucer. While the latter is
above the elephant.
Note that both images. UFO picture depicted are all in a floating position without poles or
without neck strap. Both of these shapes also make two depicted animals frightened. In fact,
nobody knows who ordered the construction of Borobudur, though tradition credits it to
the Syailendra Dynasty, which probably meant two to three kings including Samaratungga.
And apart from the temples obvious religious functions, researchers have long hypothesised
surprising alternative functions. It was also believed for a long time that the temple was a big
Sundial.

GOLODS ARTIFICIAL PYRAMID
Alexander Golod is a Ukrainian former defence contractor and current scientist and alternative
healer, focusing on pyramid research. He has theorized that pyramid structures have energy
forces that bring several benefits, for both man and the environment. He has constructed sev-
enteen fiberglass pyramids throughout Russia, the tallest at a height of 132 feet. He also believes
that the ancient Egyptians had knowledge of this power and that it was the motivation, at least
in part, for their building the Great Pyramids of Giza.
Many researches and writers speculated that pyramidal structures have some beneficial proper-
ties. Golod believes that the pyramid shape channels Earths magnetic fields and creates positive
energy fields that can be harnessed and controlled for mans use.

Among the many benefits Golod has claimed is a cause of these pyramids are:
1. A boost in immune system strength in fighting
pathogens. He has claimed that person who en-
ters the pyramid will not become ill with cancer,
AIDS, Alzheimer disease, or other sickness.
2. Seeds yield to greater crop after being exposed the
pyramid.
3. Medicines becoming more effective after expo-
sure to the pyramids.
4. Presence of an ion column that reportedly repairs
Ozone layer;
5. Effect of radioactivity is less is in the Pyramid.
6. Cure impotence.
7. Moderates weather.
8. The prison reported that acts of violence dimin-
ished significantly when the prisoners were ex-
posed to the Pyramid.
9. Russian astronauts were also reported to have
taken objects and water from the pyramid on
board the International Space Station to keep themselves healthy.
10. He has also stated If you put some cheap wine in here, it becomes superior to the finest vin-
tage.
11. Athletes are reported to visit the pyramid to receive a boost of energy and strength from its
powers.
Tourists come from all around the former Soviet states, as well as globally, to see the pyramids,
which can be visited free of charge. A number of tourists have claimed they experienced posi-
tive results after visiting the Pyramids. Success stories range from barren women being able to
conceive after exposure, to the ozone layer above Russia being repaired.
