Shays Rebellion is important in understanding the weakness of the Articles of Confederation because it shows
that the federal government doesnt have any power to help out the state's government when they need it, so the
federal government has to send out another states army to help out other states.

The decision that was made was to render the constitution of the Federal Government adequate to the
exigencies of the Union.

The original purpose of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia was to discuss possible improvements to the

fifths in total when electing Representatives.
