Circular Column Formwork

TBT Circular Column Formwork is ideal for the creation of cylindrical columns in any
construction project.

Due to its manufacturing process TBT Circular Column Formwork is fully waterproof
which allows great flexibility when stored on site in even the most extreme conditions.
It is also incredibly lightweight. As an example a 3.000 x 300 mm column weighs in
at only 6kg.

TBT Circular Column Formwork is incredibly easy to use thanks to the steel wire
inserted into the form making it fast and easy to use. After usage it can also be used as
a protective cover to prevent staining and damage etc.

It is available in two finishes, smooth and spiral effect, and comes in a vast array of
sizes to suit all project needs and can be customized into a wide variety of lengths
enabling it to adapt to any job.

Square Column Formwork

Square Column Formwork

TBT Square Column Formwork is an ideal solution for the production of square and
rectangular columns. It provides a smooth concrete finish with no joints thanks to the
continuous foil inside the column. The corner chamfer always has the same width of
32mm regardless of the column section.

Like TBT Circular, TBT Square Column Formwork is fully waterproof which allows
great flexibility when storing it on open sites in even the most extreme conditions.

It is easy to demould as the inner sheet does not stick to the concrete meaning that a
single operator can strip the column with the minimum of tools and no additives or
chemicals. Again like our Circular Column Formwork our Square Column Formwork is
fast, easy and secure to use thanks to its steel wire insert to enable stripping. After
usage it can also be used as a protective cover to prevent staining and damage etc.

TBT Square Column Formwork is available in 93 different square and rectangular sizes
ranging from 150 x 150mm all the way up to 800 x 800mm. All combinations are
possible in multiples of 5cm and specific sections can be manufactured to fit project
needs.

TBT Square Column Formwork is also available with square corners.

our Corner Column Formwork also provides minimum separation between joints.

Whilst offering all the traits of our Column Formwork Range it has the additional benefit
of taking up very little space compared to other standard column formwork offering up
to 70% less space to be used in both storage and transport.

Concrete Base Formers

TBT concrete base formers are used to create concrete bases with a smooth, continuous
finish.

TBT base formers are a cost effective and easily stored. Their incredibly lightweight and
flexible design can be used to form various diameter bases.

TBT base formers can be used for 10 pours by just renewing the foil lining.
