problem

What we expect: we expect orders grow 7-fold, which means 1680 a day for a 3PL
We need to figure a metric
+ Narrow down active zone to city center (in order to easier manage)
+ expand delivery window (not just to Skynet but to all 3PLs, so it would make more sense when it
comes to evaluation, we can make 3 glasses of lemonade from 1 lemon and expect the same quality)
+ we will not try to negotiate a cheaper shipping price from Skynet ( understand that Skynet is having a
problem with their employees, they need the money to pay their workers properly and keep them
working), so we are gonna pay them at the old rate, but we are going to increase penalty level 120%.
