Graceful and poised

Slow movements (similar to Cinderella and Aurora)
Puts her hand on her cheek and tilts her head when shes happy to hear something
Nods along when shes listening
Never puts her hands on her hips or points fingers
Never plays with her hair
Tends to clasp her hands when speaking, not a lot of hand movements

Step 1: Preparation
Prepare the face by first cleaning with an oil free cleanser or soap and water. If
needed, use an astringent to remove excess oil from the skin.

Step 2: Foundation
Apply a complementary foundation to achieve an even skin tone. Cover
imperfections with an appropriate concealer.

Step 3: Eyes
Apply the eye shadow in the following order: White or banana eye shadow to the
brow bone as a highlight, nude/banana to the eyelid, blend dark brown into the eye
crease. Then apply black liquid eyeliner to the top of the lid with a flick at the end
and black pencil eye liner to the bottom corners, blend with the bottom lashes.

Step 4: Eye brows

Use a dark brown eyeshadow (or pencil) to fill in and shape your eye brows.

Bloomers

Rainy day: umbrella

Version Date: June, 2017

COSTUME ASSEMBLY

1. Shoes: Put on your shoes first (as it will be tricky to put them on last with the
ballgown).

2. Skirt & Hoop skirt: Put the skirt of the costume on top of the hoop skirt. Then step
into it. Make sure the hoop skirt isnt inside out (if it has tulle/netting on it, that goes
on the outside). The velcro and laces should be at the back. Make sure the hoop skirt
is sitting on your waist (near your belly button) before doing it up. Do it up tightly as
it may slip down during the day. If you are driving, skip this step and put the hoop
skirt on once you get to the party. Fluff out the skirt and make sure all the white
(hoop skirt) is covered.

3. Wig: ensure your hair is done up in French braids and is

ready for a wig. Grab the wig cap and put it on around your
neck. Pull the wig cap up like a headband and ensure it
covers all of your hair. Take the wig off of the foam head
and adjust the wig onto the first tightness setting (on the
inside of the wig). Then lightly hold the wig at the parting
(the circled part in the picture to the right) with your
dominant hand and rest your other hand on the back of the
wig. Bring the wig around to the back of your head and pull it on. Ensure that the clip
in the front of the wig hooks onto your wig cap (then close it). Check that none of
your hair is sticking out anywhere. Pin it at the ears (where your sideburns are),
behind the ears and at the nape of the neck.

4. Bodice: loosen the laces, unzip the bodice at the back and put it on like an apron. Zip
it up and have someone tighten it for you.

5. Accessories: put on your earrings and gloves. If you are driving, put these on once
you arrive. DO NOT forget to put on the accessories as they are an important part
of her costume.

Version Date: June, 2017

STORAGE

SKIRT: Use the pants hanger to hang the skirt up.

BODICE: Hang the bodice by the white loops inside the

costume.

WIG: Place the wig onto the foam head and place a pin in
the top of the wig (red circle). Use the wig adjustors (from
the inside of the wig) and hook them to each other under
the neck (orange circle). Then place the wig cap around
the neck (green circle). When completed, place a plastic
bag onto the wig and place it back into a cardboard box.

SHOES: Place underneath the costume rack.

GARMENT BAG: Put on the same coat hanger as the bodice.

NOTES: The bodice and shoes must be aired out after the party. When returning the
costume, spray the armpits and the inside of the shoes lightly with eucalyptus spray
(provided by Ever After Parties).

Do NOT attempt to clean or repair the costume yourself without prior consent.
Do NOT attempt to restyle the wigs at any point.
