The Board of Directors Meeting of the Cove Homeowners Association of Naples was held on
April 6, 2017 at 6:00 PM at The Cove Swimming Pool Clubhouse.

CALL TO ORDER PROOF OF NOTICE

Noting that a quorum was present, the Notice of the meeting was mailed and posted
meeting was called to order at 6:09 PM by in accordance with Florida State Statutes.

DISPOSITION OF MEETING MINUTES

Mr. Ippolito motioned to approve the minutes from the February 23, 2017 Board of Directors
meeting. Mr. James seconded the motion.

MANAGERS REPORT
Please see Mr. Ruizs written report.

REPORTS OF OFFICERS
Presidents report
Mr. James reported that he completed a thorough walkthrough of the property with Mr. Hemelgarn
from Estate Landscaping and Mr. Ruiz from Paramont Property Management. Bids were requested
to install new plantings throughout Cove Circle. He discussed a plan to fix the street gutters and
additional paver repairs.

OLD BUSINESS
5497 Cove Circle Izquierdo renting without proper notice
Management directed to seek legal counsel on collecting legal fees incurred enforcing a
violation of the lease notice requirement for the HOA per the governing documents.

NEW BUSINESS
The Cove HOA property
Mr. Ippolito made a motion directing management to have the attorney request Valerie Weinberg
return the associations Ipad, Iphone and keys and any other property and records that belong to the
association. Mr. James seconded the motion.

Quote for additional paver repairs Street gutter repairs

Mr. James motioned to approve estimate from
Gator Construction of Estero, LLC. dated
March 16, 2017 for paver repairs. Mr. Ippolito
seconded the motion.
Mr. Ippolitio motioned to approve the
estimate from Gator Construction of Estero,
LLC. Dated March 16, 2017 at the discretion
of Mr. James selection of repair options
proposed for street gutter repairs. Mr. James
seconded the motion.

MISCELLANEOUS
Parking
Management directed to send a notice to all owners reminding them of the permissible hours
of parking on the street on Cove Circle.

NEXT MEETING DATE ADJOURNMENT

The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled With no further business to conduct, Mr.
