Week 1 (June 13- June 17, 2017)

June 15, 2017- Wednesday: Meet the SSG officers for the discussion of:

1. constitutional by-laws
2. their tasks as group section leader during flag ceremony and flag retreat ( with the
adviser)
3. their tasks as classroom leader-monitor
4. their oath-taking (if ever)
5. their assignments
6. Ask them to: study their assignments; to give them the list of names of sections and
advisers; give them the list of SSG officers

June 17, 2017- Friday:

1. Meet them for further discussion of their assigned tasks.


2. Finalization of (oath taking)
3. Next Meeting for next activity (Monday)

Week 2(June 19-June 23, 2017)

June 19, 2017-Monday:

1. What is SSG and its functions


2. Oath Taking (if ever)
3. Short Meeting Agenda: Open contest for logo making and tag line of SSG Laiyans.

Subject: Excuse Letter for the SSG Officers

Respected Sir/Maam,

Greetings of peace!

In pursuant to one of the objectives of SSG stipulated in Article III Section 6, no. 6.6: to
empower the students to strive for excellence in the academics, leadership, and social
responsibility; to encourage the students to be proactive members of the society.

We would like to conduct a meeting where this objective will be met with the following
agenda:
1. Preparation for the election of Grade 7 for the chairperson and representative
position
2. Orientation of their duties and tasks in the school, particularly with the
monitoring of level during flag raising ceremony and flag retreat; and classroom
assigned to them, including the SSG office.
3. Planning for their oath-taking.

We humbly ask for your permission for this particular attempt and excuse the following
student-leaders (attached to this letter) of our school at 12:30-2:00pm. Meeting will be
held in HUMSS 11 classroom.
