What is your opinion about top executives at companies getting their employees involved in

the decision-making process?

Industrial revolution has been changed from early ages to present corporate companies, in
early period companies will be in the form mills, traders where employees will be working
under one top executive, where as now style of organisational structures has been changed
from one man decision to group of executives also called board of directors. This systematic
change makes the employees involved in decision making process for any moves inside the
company.

Now a days employees are more in numbers in most of corporate companies, whereas per
policy, if we engaging more employees, we have to concentrate in beneficiary of employees
as per norms, apart from it, employees personnel care is also important, where
management is also taking care. In private sector integration of employee union is not that
much strong comparing to government sector.

In company decision making process, employees are also engaging to get right choice based
on the probability. Company is running based on the employees, and employees are getting
benefitting from the company, so this makes company and employee to get mutual
understanding for the success.

To conclude my opinion I will say employees involvement in the decision making process
gives the positive sign for success and growth of company, on same employees personnel
care are also considered.

Success of any organisation is in making a good decision in right time. If the decision has to
be taken as collective, it will land in better result as well as beneficial to everyone. Even a
corporate sector or a small scale industry, white collar officers should include their staffs
while taking important announcement or new implementation.

In the modern world, every one to be treated equal and well knowledge. Apart from this ,
industry must be run in profitable way , excutive should be well known in administration and
people psychology. If the company is profitable, everyone will be benefitted and happiness
quotient is also high. Nowadays, Many companies offer such as cash reward, promotion,
voucher for supermarkets . These initiates to participate all employees while take a
decision. Here, management gets advantage from different view from shop floor. Employees
get rewards to engage themselves and recognition as a part of core pillars of the decision
making panel.

A car manufacturing announced their employees to take part and give suggestion when they
launch new product. And employees were happily participated to share their views in closed
separate cover. After this process, management opened their eyes from the people view
then they concentrate in economic prospective and modify the engine to reduce the fuel
consumption range. Eventually, the sales volume of car was rapidly increased. This educated
the collective decision was played a main role.

To conclude, the decision making process must be involved the all employees and people
should participate is better way to land in steady in market.
