Monitors and edits company Payroll Paychex System
Implements, trains and monitors applicable tracking and reporting system.
Oversees the in house electronic record system, ensuring timeliness, completeness and availability
of information, for revenue cycle, patient engagement, including information that is triaged to
providers from the transcription system
Ensures timely record completion by medical staff/ancillary personnel to maintain a completion and
accurate record according to facility rules and regulations
Maintains knowledge of facility HIPAA policies
Actively participates in multidisciplinary team meetings at the facility as needed
Prepares summary report, including defined departmental metrics for review with the Site Director/
VP Department Management
Communicates with Site Director/ VP Department Management on a regular basis updating on
status of operations, update on meetings, employee issues and policy /procedure revisions
Performs routine Quality Improvement audit
Conducts Annual Performance Evaluations in conjunction with VP/Director
Manages client relations through frequent communications with HIM Director/ VP Department
Management and other hospital personnel
Attends and participates in Company meetings and calls
Orients, trains and conducts quality reviews on new HIM staff
Participates in disciplinary action in conjunction with VP/Director
