2.1.3 Traffic Solution Transport communication

Navrhovan rieenie je napojen na dopravn sie novovybudovanou komunikciou Main areal road.
The proposed solution is connected to the newly built communications network transport - Main areal road.

Walking, hiking trails

Proposal differentiates pedestrian and vehicular traffic and to ensure an absolutely safe pedestrian
movement throughout the resort.
Base skeleton pedestrian movement is the main longitudinal axis. The alley will be equipped with "stop"
bench boxes, children's playground. The proposed solution properly integrates walking itineraries in the
area of operations.

2.2. architectural concept discription
The main determinant of orientation of objects and their interrelationships are morphological

OBJECT A MEDICAL SPA RESORT & HOTEL*** Peloid department.

Sector A, in which is including the building A, is located in the northern part of the
complex, situated in the highest place. The main function of the object A-(MEDICAL SPA & RESORT
HOTEL ****) is a spa treatment in relation to accommodation in a four-star hotels, which is part of
the building to allow a client, searching for just this kind of service as the easiest and most
comfortable service using an elegant over logistics residence.
The object A of treatment and rehabilitation - SPA resort will consist of the following
therapy offices and hotel information:
1. Central Halley.
2. Complete balneotherapy establishment - divided men - women.
3. Hypertermlne sitting pool - mirror
4. Therapeutic wellness spa with sauna world split male-female.
5. Kinesiotherapy - divided men - women.
6. Physical Therapy.
7. Department of medical cosmetics.
8. Dental work.
9. Central Laboratory for the entire medical complex.
10. Hotel accommodation linked directly to the medical wellness center.
The central hallway.
The department will be given two types peloid procedures. Partial wraps and compresses
and paraffin and parfango. Department will be divided into male and female part. Both of the
departments will be connected to the joint development of wrap materials ..

Bath department
Bath department will be equipped with a multipurpose hydromineral baths, which will be
submitted to thermal treatments (medicine), water, bubble bath with central air pressure
forthcoming. Disinfectant to clean and disinfected baths will be prepared centrally. Bath
department will be arranged in a single scheme in which one of balneology bath will be affiliated
Hypertermals sitting pool-Mirror Pool.
Hypertermals pools will be sitting in male and female parts dealt with communication and

Therapeutic wellness spa with sauna world split men - women.
This part of the healing wellness center will be freely accessible to patients staying in the
hotel for accommodation for patients who receive comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation and
balneology. Other visitors - Equipment tv satellite bathroom, who shall be borne by the individual
medical procedures may benefit from this service center as part of the reward. Entry to the
wellness spa therapies should be directly from the central entrance hall through the turnstile.

Changing rooms will be divided into male and female. Capacity and equipment will be
identical.
Dressing booths for visitors in wheelchairs in 2 pieces, each the size of 4.8 square meters.
For male and female parts of the wardrobe of 50 wardrobe boxes and 10 prezliekacch
cabins.
The total area of male and female changing rooms with about 100 m2.
In the dressing rooms situate room to store cleaning products. Room size about 6.0 square
meters.
Of clothes will enter into common pool area and sauna rooms divided men - women.Social
spaces of the staff of this (locker rooms, toilet rest room) of approximately 22 m2.

Congress Centre.
Investor's shares is a requirement to process convention center project for the construction of
basic capacity of the Rules of the Central Area in the number of participants to 400, with the
possibility of variable configuration of this space.
Refurbishment of premises convention center to be sufficiently variable to allow for
congresses, business meeting and training with different numbers of participants and different
seating arrangements in the area of meeting rooms. An essential element will be a large
convention center conference hall for 400 visitors to the area size of 540 m2.
Seats - chairs will be arranged in it in the form of "theater-arrangement". At the banquet

OBJECT B RELAX AQUA & WELLNESS CENTER dominates the whole area, the main entrance
is on the northern facade. Ground is on the east side semi-recessed into the slope. There is an
entrance hall, which is elevated over two floors and is thus a visual contact with the pool hall,
located at 1 Floor (2nd floor). Premises for the technology (and outdoor pools) are located in
areas podbaznovch. Corridor leading from the entrance hall is accessed through the turnstiles
and is related to the staircase hall, which a visitor enters the wardrobe to 1 floor and exit to the
seasonal summer zone. To 1 Floor is a pool hall, changing rooms, showers and facilities. An
important part of the pool hall is a children's corner, which has two parts, wet in a pool for children
and closed the glass walls for the youngest children (0-3). The pool hall is situated in the main
relaxation pool with attractions and two swimming lanes. Furthermore, wave pool, the

connected with an outdoor swimming pool. To 2 wet floor is a restaurant resort with SPA relaxation
treatments (herbal wraps, Moroccan bath - Rhassoul, hay bath, hamam, peeling, etc.). but on the

Pool section
will be shared by men and women. Inside are two pools - one with the possibility of rehabilitation
swimming and group rehabilitation (in winter), the second relaxation pool with attractions.
Pool size:
- 375 m2 rehabilitation and swimming pool, ( 15 x 25 )
- 150 m2 relaxation pool

Rest areas around swimming pools.
The rest area around the indoor pools will be placed on the chairs rest area about 800 m2. In the

of the resting area with sun beds should be min. 900 m2. Rest areas can be addressed on two
floors.
The rest area located restaurant and cafe. These must be of sound recreation areas and
optically isolated.
Part of the restaurant kitchen will be shared by a restaurant and cafe in the lobby of the center
and the restaurant and cafe at rest areas.
The caf and restaurant, 75 seats to 150 m2 area.
Kitchen and store size 38.0 m2.
Other ancillary facilities such as communication, staff rooms, office toilets and showers, together
with 110 m2.
The indoor and outdoor pools situate room lifeguard and first aid with a good view for all pools.
The size of these two rooms together is approximately 14 m2.
Technology areas (located in the basement under the pool). Space needed to accommodate
technological equipment pool is approximately 800 m2.
