ANALYSIS OF POETRY

1. Rhythm
The poetry has slow rhythm.
It tells about people who know about definition of the poetry. No one knows the definition of it.
Subject of the poetry is poetry itself.

2. Sound
a. Rhyme
It has no same words in the end of the sentence but it has same pronunciation.

Not a rose, but the scent of a rose;
Not the sky, but the light in the sky;

Different words are knows, rose, sky, fly, sea, me, prose, knows.

It has AABBCCAA rhyming pattern.

It means that line 1, 2, 7, and 8 have same rhyme. Line 3 and 4 have same rhyme.
Also line 5 and 6 have same rime.
b. Repetition
The poetry repeats some words to strengthen the feelings and ideas.
