Sales Representative: Responsible for creating customer record, writing the order, scheduling delivery and creating
install sheet for drivers to ensure a flawless delivery. Found cost, negotiated price and developed quotes. From the onset
of hire date I have maintained a position in the top 20 to 25% of the 30 person sales team on a commissioned basis. This is
a high volume mass furniture merchandiser represented by two 15-member teams. Met or exceeded warranty and customer
service goals.
1996 to 2002, Worked in the IT industry with various government and private organizations. In MD and VA areas.
Developer/Coordination: I worked on a contract basis with Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA),
Office of Naval Research and the Inspector General Office. Established client relationships, secured work order
requirements and negotiated timetables for delivery. Analysis of requirements and documentation. Strong customer service
skills needed.
