Here is an outline of images and files that we took while monitoring the AGs Flint Water Crisis page.

The
process of taking images and noting changes began at roughly 1:30 pm on June 19th and lasted until
roughly 3:30 pm on the same day.

In this image we viewed the metadata attached to the AG Offices pdf. Here we can see that the
document was created at June 19, 2017 at 12:49 pm using a machine running Microsoft Word 2013. The
Author is listed as Nurenberg, Beth (AG).
This is an image of the actual memo, in pdf, opened through Google Chrome. When using that
programs developer toolkit, we can inspect the element to see that the document in question was last
modified at 16:51 GMT on June 19 2017, AKA 12:51 pm our time. This image was taken at 1:34 pm

Using this we can see that the pdf was uploaded to the web at 12:51 pm
This is an image where we initially looked at the intermediary page leading to the interested Memo.
Here we can see that the title is Memo to interested parties, and that there is a State of Michigan
note/timestamp of Mon Jun 19 13:12:50 2017.
