Hardware and Software 1. Open the package folder then double click on the SETUP
Requirements icon.
2. A message prompt will appear asking you to continue or
exit setup. Click on the OK button.

“Change Directory” button to where you want to install the

Installation Procedure
 As you operate the system, from the main form there are
Menus that correspond to the following:
• File - compose of the Log-in. In the Log-in form you
will see the Home, Change Password, Save
Password, Register and Finish Register.
• View - you can see the list of data.
• Payroll – you can see the payroll process in here.
• Tools - compose of the calendar and the calculator.
• Reports – you can generate data reports in here.
• UserMenu - you can see the user menu form where
you can choose from the administrator and the
employee.

5. A message prompt will appear “Payroll Setup was

completed successfully” then click OK.

been registered, log-in with the correct password and user
account. You can choose if you are a regular employee or

Attendance Monitoring System timekeeping can be monitored
automatically.
Error message is a message displayed when an unexpected
condition occurs, usually on a computer or other device. Error
messages are often displayed using dialog boxes. Error messages
are used when user intervention is required, indicate that a
desired operation has failed, or give very important warnings

Visual Basic (VB) is the third-generation event-driven
programming language and integrated development environment
(IDE) from Microsoft for its COM programming model.
