BP Berau Ltd. invites potential contractors or consortiums to participate in the prequalification process for Bid No. 4420000588.
This bid shall be subject to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. 007 REVISI-II/PTK/I/2011 and its latest Amendment, the work
procedure guideline on supply chain management for SKK MIGAS (formerly BPMIGAS) Contractors under Production Sharing
Contract (PSC).
GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
BP Berau Ltd, in its capacity as Operator of Tangguh LNG, is currently undertaking a significant expansion of the existing
Tangguh LNG facility, called Tangguh Expansion Project. The Tangguh Expansion Project is located at the Tangguh LNG site in
Bintuni Bay West Papua, Indonesia. The existing facility consists of a two train natural gas liquefaction facility, with associated
onshore infrastructure, two offshore platforms, pipelines and wells.

This prequalification relates to the tender of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of early
infrastructure works at the Tangguh LNG site, which include the following works:
Tree Cutting and related site clearance
New Construction Bulk Offloading Facility (BOF) including approach dredging
Existing Facility Dock Modifications, including possible maintenance dredging
Shore Base Modifications New and Temporary Buildings and Structures
New Haulage Roads

Interested parties must have experience, skilled personnel and other resources available in a timely manner to efficiently
perform the work as further explained in the pre-qualification document. Only potential bidders who have passed this pre-
qualification process shall be invited to participate in further tender process for EPCC of early infrastructure works.

All potential bidders which are interested in participating the prequalification process shall submit following requirements:
1. Application letter to participate
2. Companys shareholder / Consortium member structure
3. Company / Consortium Organization chart
4. Valid copies of applicable business license (IUT/IUJK)
5. Valid copies of Certificate of Companys Registration (TDP)
6. Commitment Letter to achieve minimum Local Content requirement as requested above, signed over stamp Rp. 6000.
7. Valid copy of SKT MIGAS
