Through our collaboration with the industry we noticed that some companies did not avail all the items of their category . This is for example, a
company has visibility on Website, Portfolio, Social media accounts and the Pit Display , due to being in a certain category , but according to
their marketing strategy , the best for them is to appear just on social media , not being interested in other components of our project .
Another thing we noticed in our meetings with the enterprise is that the name of each category as we had before ( Gold, Silver , Bronze or 7
stars, 6 stars and following . The one who heard this might think that there is a better company than the other . This would automatically create
a conflict of interest .
Elucidation
To avoid it, the team implemented an innovative model , different from the traditional one
-Flexible organization that allows enterprises to choose , following some patterns in which elements they want to appear .

The sponsors were then , divided in 3 categories : Toyota , Bugatti , Lamborghini . Logically the higher the sponsored value is , the bigger the

, cars and many more . On all the elements , bigger sponsors have bigger visibility (i.e. larger logo, more frequent social media posts ,etc)
Each category has a certain number of points with which the companies buy the elements available for visibility .

Notes:
1. The visibility in the portfolio is free to all sponsors therefore it is not listed in the points
table;
2. Social Media visibility increases with the sponsorship value . Bugatti sponsors are
entitled to have their logo present in every social media post.

To ensure a guarantee the deserved return on our sponsors , we have to give their enterprises visibility
and marketing their products or services . The best way to achieve it in a large scale is either by social
media , which allows us to update news about the companies while linking their pages and websites .
