does it help us to lose weight? Water helps to burn calories only
because your body needs to warm up the water that you just drank by

simple as that. You just need to drink cold water and instantly youll be
burning calories. It is recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water
or two liters of water daily. Besides, water is very satiating; the main
reason is that water takes a big place in the stomach minimizing your
appetite and letting less space for food cravings. An advice would be
that you should try to never drink water either before half an hour or
after half an hour of eating, also, try to always carry your bottles of
water with you everywhere and anytime you go.
2. Drinking tea
Commonly known for been prepared as an aromatic, boiled beverage.
Tea as you surely know is one or maybe the most known beverage on
earth, consumed for all over the world especially in many Asian
countries and England where it has become part of their culture. The
main reason perhaps is because of its many benefits for the human

diuretic and one of the best antioxidants that assists in the prevention
of aging, head and neck cancer, it helps to reduce cholesterol, it also
improve your defenses, tea even give us lower diabetes risk. It
provides zero calories and whats important for us it helps us fighting
anxiety eating. But, in reference of losing weight which tea are better
for us? Well the two most commons are the green and white tea, the
green tea comes from China and India and it is considered as the
second most consumed beverage after water over the world it has the
major quantity of antioxidants, it means that this tea has the ability of
minimizing the sugar in the blood and also eliminating cholesterol.
These are the main reasons why green tea is the favorite for those who
want to lose weight.
White tea is well-known for being a wonderful antioxidant and also it
has a great power of action on the digestive tract by facilitating and
improving the processes in the intestinal transit. This makes it a good
eliminator of fats and toxins, in other words white tea is excellent to
lose weight.
Briefly, if you really want to lose some weight naturally, you can do it,
you just need to change some daily habits and as you just read theyre
not even close to be difficult or expensive. In fact, some of them are
very pleasant as sleeping longer, taking a couple of delicious teas or
