Subject: (NTP) Request for generator technician

Dear Mr. Marcos:

Please be advised that this coming April 19, 2017, Wednesday, we will
have our annual preventive maintenance of our electrical equipment. Meralco
power will be cut-off from 7:00AM to 3:00PM, generator supply will be used to
power critical loads of the building.

In connection with this, we agreed to bill us an hourly rate of Php 500.00

for a period of 8 hours. We only need 1 technician to assist us and monitor the
condition of generator sets while in operation.
