PART AND IDENTIFY COMPONENT

Part Identify
An impeller is rotor inside a tube or conduit to increase

PART AND ITS FUNCTION

Part Function

Impeller The bubble and mixture mix all around.

pH electrode To measure the pH it is acid or base.

Level sensor To avoid any unstable or over level of mixture.

Air inlet To supply air for fermentation process.

Ring sparger For blasting air in for mixing.

A stick to rotate the impeller in order to mix the

Shaft To hold the impeller and it is rod of mixing as well.

pO2 electrode To measure oxygen in the bioreactor.
