ESAM keeps JMEP time synchronized using a Simple Timing Protocol
JMEP includes Rx timestamp (t2) amd Tx timestamp (t3) in Y1731 DMR response as well as
in TWAMP test packets
DMM initiator or TWAMP initiator can when derive one way measurements using all four
timestamps
