SKILL ACQUISITION TRAINING

FORWARD

I am so delighted to be involved in this historical skills acquisition training,

scholarship and youth empowerment scheme of the HON: member, federal
House of Representative-representing Karu-Keffi-Kokokna federal
constituency, HON: Jonathan Gaza Gbefwi. A practical guide to presenting
a research report and blue print of a proposed Skills acquisition training,
scholarship and youth empowerment scheme for the unemployed youth of
karu-keffi-kokona federal constituency. The skill acquisition training,
scholarship and youth empowerment scheme of the HON: member federal
House of Representative HON: Jonathan Gaza Gbefwi is very important as
it will remain the most important and necessary means for unemployed
graduates and graduating students to extend further the frontiers of
knowledge and skills in their special and most preferred discipline for self
development and a sustainable growth.

Hon. Jonathan Gaza Gbefwi is therefore encouraged to read thoroughly the

contents of the text as it will prepare his mind for meaningful projects
execution. Each section in the text focuses on the nature and peculiarity of
approaching a specific project. The blue print is recommended to the Hon.
Member in his drive towards contributing meaningfully to Education,
youth empowerment and better future for his constituents and most
importantly in a challenging economy like ours.

This laudable initiative is dedicated to the good, peace and loving people of
my constituency (karu-keffi-kokona) for their fervent prayers and support
towards the success of previous and present developmental projects in our
constituency. To my lovely wife and children, my Aids and working
staffs a big thumps up for your commitments and contributions in your
various capacities in the journey thus far.

To God be the glory great things he has continue to do for me and the good
people of my constituency. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to my
colleagues, friends, business partners and relations for supporting and
creating enabling environment for teaching and learning that spurs great
interest for skills acquisition exercises as such among youth. My gratitude
also goes to Comr. Kyuni kokona (former and first elected national vice
president NSUK ALUMNI ASSOCIATION and Ambassador for good
governance, NYCN) who motivated and gave me a good foundation in the
investment on youth through skills acquisition training and youth
empowerment scheme. The first of its kind in the constituency. I am also
grateful to many outside and within the PDP family whos all round
support are wonderful. Prominent among them are various religious
leaders ,academic and non-academic staff union members of tertiary
institutions, seasoned politicians, business men and women, various
traditional rulers, national youth council of Nigeria and my beloved wife
and children. I am also grateful to the Hon. Speaker of the federal House of
Representative and the entire members of the green chamber for the good
and developmental working relationship.

This practical introduction guide on skill acquisition training scheme of the

most distinguished Hon. Member representing karu-keffi-kokona federal
constituency Hon. Jonathan Gaza Gbefwi is designed to address
unemployed and less privileged youths within karu-keffi-kokona federal
constituency who may be interested in skill acquisition. The initiators nine
years experience on business plans/proposals and consultancy, skills
acquisition training and good governance advocacy has place the scheme
on a most safer and realistic path.
