2. These Inquiries can be converted to RFQ or CRF for the purpose of transactions.

Calibration Request Form -

1. Helps to collect the DUC data before it comes to Calibration Company.
2. Avoids the data entry again and ensures that what is given by Customer is used by Calibration
Company
