was paddling along the shore

He looked up and saw a cat. It was Pi.

Climber loses nine fingers
A storm hit
Erik and two of his friends
climbed to 5,500 metres. Suddenly,
there was a storm. The wind blew
at 140 kilometres an hour and the
temperature went down to 30 C.
The wind blew away the mens
tents and extra clothing. Erik had
no gloves. His fingers froze.
Helicopter rescued men
Erik and his friends built a snow
cave. They used their radio
to contact the other climbers.
