BOOKING POLICY AND CLIENT CONFIRMATION


PLEASE SIGN ON THIS QUOTATION SO THIS WILL SERVE AS YOUR CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF OUR OFFER
AND THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO OUR COMPANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This will serve as pencil booking for your reservation, before confirming, kindly call us if room/venue are still available.
2. All pencil bookings are temporary bookings and can be booked by other guest who have confirmation of reservation(s).
3. Confirmation must be made 5 days prior to check-in date or as soon as possible and must have sent a signed copy of this quotation for reservation. Once signed this
will serve as guaanteed capacity as part of the reservation for room and food.
4. Upon confirmation, we require 50% down payment and remaining 50% full payment must be settled in CASH before check-in.
If check payment, client must settle the full payment 3 banking days before check-in date. (FIRST TO PAY, FIRST TO RESERVE BASIS)
5. Client must send their copy of deposit slip payment within 24 hours after confirmation or else reservation will be changed to preferred available date. Kindly advise us
for other details of sending payment deposit.
6. You will receive a booking number confirmation and adendum from Bakasyunan Resort regarding your reservation details.
7. Venue time like check-in and check-out must be strictly implemented to give way to next reserved guest. Charges may apply per exceeding hours of stay if room is
available.
8. No refund of down payment / full payment in case of cancelled reservation for whatever cause whether fortuitous events or not. You can rebook at the dates of your
choice (within six months) provided the rooms, venue and amenities of your choice are available on such dates. Charges may apply if you will cancel 3 days before/or
during the actual event such as room reservation penalty and costing for food charges.
9. CANCELLATION CHARGES : 1 WEEK BEFORE THE ACTUAL EVENT - NO CHARGES
2-3DAYS BEFORE THE ACTUAL EVENT - 10% OF THE TOTAL BILLING
1 DAY BEFORE THE ACTUAL EVENT - 25% OF ROOM ACCOMMODATION PLUS THE CHARGES FOR FOOD SERVICES

1. This will serve as your GATE PASS at Bakasyunan Resort Iba, Zambales
2. Kindly print and present this upon entry at our resort and proceed to our Reception Area together with your copy of your payment deposit slip and settle the
remaining balance before check-in.
3. Venue time like check-in and check-out must be strictly implemented to give way to next reserved guest. 10% of room rate charge may apply per exceeding hours
of stay if room is available. Exceeding later than 4:30pm will be charged as full room rate.
4. No refund of down payment / full payment in case of cancelled reservation for whatever cause whether fortuitous events or not. You can rebook at the dates of your
choice (within six months) provided the rooms, venue and amenities of your choice are available on such dates.
5. Bringing of food will have Corkage of 200 per head. But you may still bring water,chips and bread.
6. Present this form together with room keys and proof of payment upon check-out at the Reception Area.
