COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

I, JUAN DELA CRUS of legal age, Filipino and with postal address at 7132 San
Jacinto Street, Barangay Olympia, Makati City, under oath hereby depose and state
that:

1. I am the accused in the I.S. No. 12345 for the crime of Qualified Theft under Article
308 in relation to Article 310 of the Revised Penal Code;

2. I deny that I stole PBB Teens funds, items, accessories, and pocketed the daily sales
for the period from October 2014 to August 2015. I was forced to admit on the allegation
in writing because of fear of the company officers harassment and threat.

5. The company filed the crime of qualified theft because I have altercations with the
President Cousin way before I was hired in the Company as an Officer in Charge and
Cash Custodian. It is a way of vindication on the part of the Company President to settle
grudges of his Cousin.

6. I deny that it is my signature appearing at the top of my name in the writing admission
regarding the company investigation. It was forged by the company officer and
management.

7. Im executing this affidavit in order to attest all foregoing facts that I did not commit
the crime of Qualified Theft alleged by the complainant.
