Key Lessons Learned:
1. Acceptance is created by Leader.
2. You cant create Intimacy in absence of Inclusion, Intentionality & interactivity.
3. You need to learn to maintain Poker face (though its sometime not be possible to fake it fully).

Knowle Developed Important to watch for NOISES from insides during communication that could be easily missed. (Your mind is bothered by
something personal/professional) OCCUPIED MIND/Turmoil Mind, EGO, BLAMEGAME & FINALLY GREED of becoming the
dge person in higher position.
- Easy steps to address Occupied mind is to jot down the points during the meeting, paraphrasing along with body
language will surely help.
- One cant fake FULLY Body language.
- 7% of communication includes body language
- hand movement, Posture & happy face are critical body language areas to watch for.
- Pause, pitch & tone play important role in communication.

Reinforced Communication has key three aspects Sender, receiver & medium. Key blockers are noise. Its easy to identify noise from
outside environment.
Attitude Developed For message to be conveyed successfully one need credibility as a sender, emotional appeal & Rationale behind the
appeal to have successful message delivery
Reinforced Inclusiveness, intentionality, focus on priority & clear communication.

Skill Developed Primarily three categories of Stakeholders:


- Latent, Definitive & Expectant
There could be power, legitimacy & urgencies associated with each category of stake holders.
Reinforced Learn to categorize stakeholders by their type & position. Here in this case Purchase executives were definitive, expectant
& having power , legitimacy and urgencies.
Habit Developed Learn to identify why ONLY Mason could solve the problem. (Credible, Genuine & Emotional Connect)
Reinforced Learn to listen to the team.
