General Information

Registration Process & Policies PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY
After-school program will be available online on October 17, 2016.
Online registration for first choice class opens October 24 at 10 a.m.
Online registration for additional classes starts at 12:00 am on October 26 (during the overnight
hours from October 25-26), until November 2, provided there are spaces available in the selected
classes.
Minimum and maximum student enrollments are listed with each class description.
Grades K-2 may register for up to an additional 3 classes. Grades 3-5 may register for up to an
additional 4 classes.
Late registrations will not be accepted after November 2, 2016.
The preferred method of payment is via the EAAs cashless PayPal on-line registration system.
In special circumstances, payment may be made by check at the EAA office, however, cash
payment is greatly discouraged.

There will be no refunds after you have paid and registered your child in a class (once you have
received the receipt from PayPal).
There will be no switches (transfers to a different after-school class) after your registration is
confirmed (once you have received the receipt from PayPal).
After registration is completed, parents can access the registered activities link on the after-
school registration system to view receipts and registration confirmation.
Please remember, participation in after-school activities is considered a privilege, not a right.
Students who repeatedly misbehave and do not practice the SAS core values during activities
can be dismissed from an activity. Should this happen, parents will be offered a prorated
refund for the cost of any remaining sessions after the activity dismissal.

General Information when After-school classes start:


This season, a number of activities are available for Preschool and PreK students. Please note
students must be picked up directly from these activities. There is no bus service available.
Grade K-2 students will be escorted to the cafeteria by their classroom IAs. Grade 3-5 students will
be responsible for making their way to the MS cafeteria on their own.
Cafeteria supervision is provided until 3:15 when the after-school classes begin.
Grades K-2 students must be picked up by an adult at 4:15 pm or ride the 4:25 pm K-2 After-School
Bus Service (Registration and payment is made online during the EAA registration process.). By
special request, Grades K-2 students who live in the Woodlands area will be permitted to walk
home with written parental permission. Parental permission should be submitted via email at
eaainfo@sas.edu.sg
On occasions when parents wish to pick-up their children instead of having them ride the 4:25
pm K-2 After-School Bus Service, they must collect their children from the bus line in front of the
Kindergarten grouproom.
Grades 3-5 students may walk home, be picked up from the ES foyer by the Nurses office, or ride
a 4:25 pm Activity Bus (Parents must contact the Bus Office @ 6360-6770 to arrange for the Activity
Bus) after confirmed enrollment in an after-school class.

EAGLE CLUB POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Online registration opens October 24 at 10 a.m.
Registration is online and classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Minimum and maximum students enrollments are listed where applicable.
Late registrations will not be accepted after November 2, 2016.
Preferred method of payment is via CSAs cashless PayPal on-line registration system.
In special circumstances, payment may be made by check or cash at the CSA office.
However, cash payments are greatly discouraged.
All CSA listed prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
There will be no refunds after you have paid and registered your child in a class (once you
have received the receipt from PayPal).
There will be no switches (transfers to a different after-school class) after your registration is
confirmed (once you have received the receipt from PayPal).
A confirmation letter will be sent via email.

general information when eagle club start:


All children must report to the MS cafeteria directly after school at 3 PM to check-in.
Grade K-2 students will be escorted to the cafeteria by their classroom IAs.
Grade 3-5 students will be responsible for making their way to the MS cafeteria on their own.
Cafeteria supervision is provided until 3:15/3:45 when the after-school programs begin.
At 3:15 IAs will then escort K-2 children to their designated program areas. Grades 3-5 are
responsible to make their own way to their program.
Elementary school students participating in an activity that does not start until 4:15 will need
to check-in to the MS cafeteria and wait in the Study Hall where IA supervision will occur until
program begins.
Grades K-2 students must be picked up by an adult at 4:15 PM from the designated activity
location or ride the K-2 After-School Activity Bus Service (Registration and payment is made
online during the CSA registration process). By special request, Grade K-2 students who live
in Woodlands area will be permitted to walk home with written parental permission. Parental
permission should be submitted via email to sas-csa@sas.edu.sg
On occasions when parents wish to pick-up their children instead of having them ride the 4:25
pm K-2 After-School Activity Bus Service, they must collect their children from the bus line in
front of the Kindergarten group room.
Grades 3-5 students may walk home, be picked up from the ES foyer by the Nurses office or
ride the 4:25 pm K-2 After-School Activity Bus after confirmed enrollment in an after-school
program.
Grades 3-12 may walk home, be picked up from their program location or ride the After School
Athletics and Activities Bus open to grades 3-12.
The After School Athletics and Activities Bus departs at 4:30 and 6:15 from the front of the
Middle School and High School.

The Eagle Swim Club provides swimmers with Available: Eagle Swim Club
