Artificial forcing as used in the context is the concept of feeling contented with the

prevailing conditions despite having the knowledge that it is not worthwhile. The people are

compelled by the law as well as blatant discrimination to be submissive to authority so that they

will feel inferior and quit the genuine struggle for social, economic, and political freedom.

He wants his community to struggle because liberty is not a given but an earned attribute

of every society. The toil against racism required a long-term solution characterized by respect

and inclusion in the transactions of the nation. Therefore, the struggle was not meant to be

violence and social unrest, but seeking the rightful place in society through the pursuit of

education. Since the government was not willing to offer support for the African Americans,

Booker T Washington was encouraging the black people to start their businesses and engage in

and regional affiliation. These groups of gays and Muslims need to prove their worth to society.
