Thirteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time

Jesus tells us today: Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy
of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
What does Jesus mean? Only by putting him the vine at the center of our
family the branches will we experience abundant life.

329 Holy Hours were kept before the Blessed Sacrament this past week. Just
as in the Gospel, whenever Jesus found faith He would do anything and His
blessings and power would go out to all, so too, will He bless you, your family, the
parish and the world, and everyone in the world will receive a new effect of His
goodness, grace, love, and mercy because you put your faith into action and came to
visit your Lord and your God. This is how grateful He is for each holy hour you spend
with Him (A Message from Mother Theresa of Calcutta.) There are many hours open
to partner with someone. It is not a Take turns process. Adorers make their hour
each week. Choose a convenient hour for yourself. Call Gene at 330-690-9661 for
more information.
