BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
The system focused only the Computerized Record
Keeping System of Kapilya San Isidro (Guruyan). In
managing the residents records and issuing
certificates. To let go the manual process in the
manual process in the Chapel such us, handwritten
document keeping records inside the drawer, that
trends to use some record and unorganized file. And
when it comes in certificates they used folder to
store the file which can cause of losing record.
Because of their manual system, they had a slow
service instead of using computerized on recording
the files.

IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY

This study shall be beneficial and favorable to the

following:
To the Kapilya San Isidro this study shall can now
serve their parishioners to manage the records with
improve better and more efficient services.
Transactions can be made easier and faster.

To the custodians of the Kapilya San Isidro this

study shall reduce work more productive than the
manual process. Saving the custodians time waiting
for the needed information can be benefit to
produce a great work output.
To the Parishioners of the Kapilya San Isidro this
study shall parishioners will no longer wait for
hours to fall in line to inquire in the Kapilya San
Isidro which can help to parishioners time.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study aims to design and develop a system

specifically it seeks.

1. Existing process of the system.

Recording an information

Updating such as financial records and

Schedules.

Printing certificates

2. Problem encountered in the system.

The staff encountered difficulties and long

procedure in retrieving, recording, computing
and processing of financial and accounting data

3. Features of the system.

Parish Special Activities Record, Update,

Print information of activities (Activity name,
Date of activity).

Officials of the Chapel Priest, President,

Vice President, Education (Liturgy of the Mass,
Catechists, Treasurer), Custodian, Herma no and
Hermana. (First name, Middle name, Last name.).

Fund Repair of the church (donation, plagues,

second collection).

Baptismal Records Record, Update and Print

children baptismal information (child name,
date of birth, place of birth, parents
information, and sponsor information).
Retrieval and extracting of information is made
easy because searching feature is included.
 Schedule of Mass and Blessings Record, Update
and Print schedule of mass and blessing (Date,
Time Started, Time Ended, Language, and Type of
Mass).

Marriage of Contract Record, Update marriage

contract information (Husband Information, Wife
Information, Place of marriage, Date of
marriage, Witnesses).

Death Records/Certificate Record, Update,

Print death information (Name of person,
Address, Age, Date of Death, Cemetery).

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

This study seeks to achieve the following:

1. To design and develop a Computerized Record
Keeping System of Kapilya San Isidro that the
handling and keeping of records will be made
faster and easier which will be improving
that the manual record keeping of the Kapilya
San Isidro.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

This study is limited only on the parishioners of

Computerized Record Keeping System of Kapilya San
Isidro (Guruyan). Initially, it is generally
focused on: the system shall only produce report
for the authorized personnel who have the access to
the system shall only include electronic replicas
of baptism, confirmation, marriages, death and
others.
