Both parties mutually recognize full capacity to conclude this contract in accordance with the

FIRST PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Under this contract, the parties agree to the sale of the jewels acontinuacion described:

karat 19 more.

THE PRICE AND PAYMENT CONDITION

The price is the monetary value that is assigned to a product or service at the time of offering
consumers and therefore the monetary value that consumers should pay in exchange for such
product or service.

THE DELIVERY

agreement on the appointment of the third arbitrator or if either party does not name

appointment shall be made by the Chamber of Commerce of Lima. The arbitration will

SIXTH - ENTRGA OF DOCUMENTS
