Dear Atty. Anna Karina A. Coronel,

The Bachelor of Science in Psychology is a degree program for those who would like to be
exposed in the application of psychological principles in Industrial and Organizational setting.
This degree program is envisioned to produce potentially competent psychology graduates, who
are sensitive, creative and committed to the progressive transformation of the society. Further, its
primary mission is to produce graduates who are proficient in spurring growth and development
in business and industry particularly in Human Resources Training and Development. The
Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree programs objectives are the following:

To produce graduates who are globally and technologically competent in areas of human
resources, industrial and organizational development.
To provide training in psychological assessment and evaluation, group processes, job
coaching, and research in the field of industrial and organizational psychology.
To develop wholesome attitude, leadership, and high ethical standards in the practice of the
profession.

In line with the above-mentioned thrusts, a course on Practicum is mandatory to help realize the
programs vision, mission and objectives. It should focus on Human Resources Development
areas such as training, evaluation, recruitment and research.

Should your companys program and policies permit, may I recommend Ms. Jeremiah G.
Adriatico of BSP 4-6 to be given an opportunity to undergo two hundred (150) hours of training
in your prestigious company.

I am highly anticipating for your cooperation and support to this program as it is deemed
important in enhancing students skills and competencies as future psychologist.

I am looking forward to our continued and lasting partnership in this endeavour.

Thank you very much.

Yours truly,

PROF. BARBARA P. CAMACHO
