INSTALLATION STEPS

Step 1: Copy Windows_x86 folder in any of the Drive

EXAMPLE: (D: , E: , H: , G:)
NOTE: Make sure that u copy only Windows_x86 folder in specified drive,
(If u open Windows_x86 u can see 88 items in it).
STEP 2: Right Click on Command prompt and Select Run as administrator

STEP 3: Choose the Drive where the Dump is copied (Windows_x86)

For Example: If it is copied in E: Drive give as E:
STEP 4: After choosing that Drive press Enter to get into that Drive.
STEP 5: After entering into that Drive give command as CD Windows_x86
Press Enter

STEP 6: So we will enter into this E: \Windows_x86

STEP 7: Below is the Command Copy and paste in command Prompt and press Enter
DeployWrapper.exe /INST AllAgents /qn AGENT_SERVER=CASDCBLR01 ALL
USERS=1 /l*v %temp%\ITRMAgentSetup.log

STEP 8: After completion of above steps we can find the below data in
Control panel ---> program and features

(OR)
STEP 8: We can also check whether agent is installed or not in System Services by Services.msc
You can find the below data in Services

NOTE: By this we can say that agent is manually installed in that Server / Desktop.

Documentation for making full qualified domain

Step 1: Right click on NOTEPAD and select Run as administrator.
Step 2: click on File and choose Open.
Step 3: Choose the path as given below and right click on hosts and click on Open
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Step 4: select Notepad and click on OK
Step 5: Copy and paste the below mentioned in hosts file
10.25.1.36 CASDCBLR01.k2.gov.in
10.25.1.36 CASDCBLR01
CASDCBLR01.K2.gov.in
CASDCBLR01
NOTE: Above two are case sensitive please copy and paste as mentioned
CA ITCM Server IP address and fully qualified domain name,
IP address with domain name
Fully qualified domain name
Domain name

Step 6: Click on SAVE after doing the above process and close the window.
Step 7: As shown below right click on command prompt and Click on Run as
administrator.

Step 8: Run the below commands in Command Prompt as mentioned:

ping 10.25.1.36
ping CASDCBLR01
ping CASDCBLR01.K2.gov.in
caf ping 10.25.1.36
caf ping CASDCBLR01
caf ping CASDCBLR01.K2.gov.in
Step 9: If all the above commands are pinging then copy the below mentioned
commands and press Enter
Run the command one after the other
caf setserveraddress
caf register all
Step 10: Type Exit and close the window.
