Benets of RMD False Ceiling: RMD Fasle Ceiling are made of Polypropylene(PP)
are specially engineered for ease of use and zero-maintenance features not
available in any other product in its class. It is a perfect medium to individualize
your personal space and give it your own signature style. All its features combined
give end users a single product that not only balances beauty, functionality and
aesthetics through wide variety of designs and textures, but also showcases your
eclectic taste and class.
RMD False Ceiling are value added hollow virgin Polypropylene based
multilayer boards. The hollow boards are created by on-line integration of
middle thermoformed layer of cylindrical structures with two multilayer PP
sheets on two sides. The decorative surface created by on-line lamination
provides the value addition necessary for desired aesthetic effect taking care of
its longevity and ease of maintenance.
Apart from satisfying key requirements of easy installation/replacement,
RMD False Ceiling are unbreakable and strong enough to take load of light
ttings. Besides, they impart very useful features such as no sagging, thermal
insulation, adequate weight to maintain form stability and supporting additional
thermal insulation material if required.
RMD False Ceiling are 100% waterproof and offer advantages of planning
aesthetic beauty of your InterioScape, longer life than any other material and
lower cost of transport to installation sites.

Owing to low thermal conductivity of Polypropylene at 0.1 W/m.K., and thermal
conductivity of air as 0.024 W/m.K.; the hollow RMD False Ceiling have good
thermal insulation characteristics that can lead to saving in air conditioning costs.
The sound absorption, transmission and reectance from the outer decorative layer
as well as inside layers can lead to sound insulation as well as sound absorbing
effects. The noise Reduction coeffecient (NRC) of RMD False Ceiling is 0.25 and is
higher by 200% or more than that of glass, gypsum, marble, plywood, steel and
wood.
The decorative layer used in RMD False Ceiling are engineered to have no
detrimental effect of climatic changes of heat and humidity, have light-fastness
matching the performance of car interiors, have good abrasion resistance and
no effect of chemicals used for cleaning and washing.
RMD False Ceiling are Termite Proof.
RMD False Ceiling help in conserving material and energy resources. Low density
of PP, use of petrochemical and renery by-product propylene for manufacture of
PP, low energy required for manufacture and processing of PP and total recyclability
of PP make RMD False Ceiling environment friendly products. Since they substitute
forest based wooden products they help in conservation of natural resources also.
