MB SUMMIT
MB Summit is a 3 day conference with all TLs (currents and elects) and
VPS helping the MB members to start their term with all the knowledge
and skills required. You can incorporate the MB Transition if you like.

Getting to know the team, setting team vision and goal and team building

Between the first and the second department meeting, have meeting with all your members and do the
first part of the Member Appraisal.
