MB TRANSITION
With the middle management in the LC changing twice a year and since
they do most of the LC functioning its important to have proper
transition of clients/EPs, IR and the MB projects.

OBJECTIVES
1. Clear understanding of Roles and Responsibilities
2. Understand the LC reality in the perspective of the Leadership
body of it
3. Leadership Development
4. My LC as part of AIESEC in Australia
5. Experiential learning for managing my members
6. Continuity for AIESEC 2020 in Australia and in my LC

MB SUMMIT
MB Summit is a 3 day conference with all TLs (currents and elects) and
VPS helping the MB members to start their term with all the knowledge
and skills required. You can incorporate the MB Transition if you like.

With the First official touch point with the members there is a lot that can
be done, to create the right behaviour and working rules.

To achieve your goals and increase productivity, Following Team
Standard is a way to increase productivity. Its important for the Team
Leader to help the member personally and professionally.

Between the first and the second department meeting, have meeting with all your members and do the
first part of the Member Appraisal.
