This Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle, made and entered into in the City of
Puerto Princesa, Palawan, by and between:

SATURN MARKETING, represented by its owner, Mr. WESLEY LAO, a sole

proprietor with principal place of business at Abad Santos Ext., Bagong Sikat, Puerto
Princesa City, Palawan hereinafter referred to and designated as the VENDOR;

JOY ANNE T. ABIS, of legal age, single/married, Filipino and a resident of

Bgy. San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDEE:

and assigns the above-described motor-vehicle which is free from any and all liens
and encumbrances of whatever kind and nature.
