makingthatdecision.Ontheonehand,IwaspumpedwiththebeliefthatIwasdoing
therightthingandfinallyheadingintherightdirectioninmylife.Ontheotherhand,
therewasthislingeringelementofselfdoubtthattauntedmeasIbrokethenewstomy
partner,family,friendsandcolleagues.Asapersonwhoalwaysattacksthedaywith
positivity,IseemedhappyIwas.SowhywasIleaving?WhywasImakingthisbig
careerchange?

Millionsofthoughtsranthroughmymind.Moremoney?Betterrole?Career
progression?ButIamhappy,right?OnethingIvelearnedsincethenisthatchange,no
matterhowbigorsmall,willalwaysbesurroundedbysomeformofdoubt.Warning
donotlistentothem.

ThedayIleftthecomfortofmyoldjobisthatdayIdecidedtojump.IrealisedthatI
hadlostthatfeelingyougetwhenyouwalkthroughtheglassdoorsofyourbuilding,
notknowinghowthedaywillunfoldtheexcitementandpassionthatIhadwhenI
firststarted.AndImissedit.Dearly.Whileitsnowhardtoarticulatethatfeeling,I
knewthatIneededthatsenseofexcitementinmylifeagain.

everyone'sjourneyisdifferent.

Standupandbethecatalystforyourchangebecausealthoughyoumayhavepeople
whowillpushyoualongtheway,onlyYOUcantakethefirststep.Toomanypeoplein
thisworldarecomfortable.Dontbeoneofthem.Takethefirststepwriteitdownon
apieceofpaperorspeakitoutloud.Whensaidordonethingsincrediblyfindaway
intoexistence.Crazybuttrue!

Ifyoukeepondoingthesamethingtimeandtimeagain,youwillkeeponachievingthe
sameresults.So,insteadofcomplainingabouthowlongandboringthisdayisgoingto
