R-VALUES
R-values are determined by at flow direction" and the amount of air space for a part ular application. This is the reason the product has different levels
of R-value in different locations around the home. Radiant barriers donot have an R-value. They provide significant benefit byreducing radiant heat
transfer. For example, in an attic, a radiant barrier dramatically reduces surface temperatures. A cooler attic meansless heat transferred to the interior of the
home and less air conditioning usage.
