Re:- Protection of well known bribe takers in the PSU insurance may be stopped
With reference to the above I submit the attached grievance that pertains to culture of impunity in the
GIPSA (General Insurers Public Sector) companies.

Instead of being accountable the GIPSA/GIPSA members take easy court stay orders, though a writ
petition is not intended to provide relief to artificial entities at the cost of ordinary,law abiding
citizen(s):-

As the stay orders prevent me from filing an RTI application to GIPSA it is requested that your office
intervens to ensure that GIPSA PSU Insurance runs in a transparent and accountable manner.

Madam/Sir,
During the last decade I have filed more than 250 RTIs to ensure that
bribe takers and corrupt officials meet the rule of law.
However to the best of my information the doubtful integrity officials
are systematically protected and promoted in GIPSA companies.
It is not only seen that corrupt officials are not put to suspension,
but also they shockjngly enjoy the company of the highest ranking
decision makers.
The same decision makers abuse their official position to incite
hatred against me to isolate me and destroy my career on whimsical
"grave" charges.
You are requested to convey the attached news to GIPSA decision
makers,under intimation to me to ensure that prevailing culture of
impunity ends.

On the other hand resourceful GIPSA -NIACL officials invoke a

citizens Right to Information as corporate incarnate;. e.g. one S.
S. Hira, salary No. 15287 sought information from Central Board
of Direct Taxes on 13.10.2009 regarding income IT/TDS challan,
trading account, Audit report etc in respect of 4 persons. On
behalf of NIACL second appeal was preferred against the Central
Govt. It was heard on 3.01. 2011 by Central Information
Commission (Appeal No. CIC/ LS/ A/ 2010/ 001130DS) .The
Chief Manager who secured iii rd party disclosure in the course of
his official duty is promoted as Dy. General Manager,NIACL.
