Quality Assessment: Help to compile the application form

Here is a list of aspects and factors you should describe very carefully in your application.

Content and duration (explain in your application and give answers to the following questions)

Is the content of the training activity is relevant for the applicant's professional activity?
Does the applicant intend to undertake concrete and adequate preparatory activities before the
actual training activity?
Does the applicant have the necessary language competence to be able to benefit from the
training activity (describe your language skills!)?

Impact and relevance (Check if the following facts can be found out by reading your application)

There is a clear match between the training selected and the applicant's training needs.
It is clearly described how the beneficiary intends to incorporate the results of the training in
his/her professional activities.
It is clearly demonstrated that the applicant will benefit from the training in terms of personal
and professional development.
It is clear that the training activity will have a positive impact on other stakeholders, i.e. learners,
the beneficiary's organization, and if possible other organizations (Are you a multiplier of
knowledge? Do other people of your organization have a benefit of your participation?).
The applicant has a realistic and clear plan how to disseminate the results of the training upon
return.

European added value

The training activity abroad will have a greater potential value than similar training in the
applicant's home country.
The training activity has a strong European focus in terms of subject matter and/or the profile of
participants and trainers
The applicant's participation in the training activity will clearly contribute to increasing the
European dimension of his/her home organization (if applicable, i.e. if the applicant is working in
an organization concerned with adult education)

Compiling the single entries in the application form you should always check
if your description answers the questions mentioned here!
